Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 8 → 4.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Dragonhold is a mission-based dragon riding ARPG. Take on dangerous excursions across the war-torn Azarkeen region, fighting on dragonback and on foot to seize loot and relics. Then extract back to your castle island, where you expand your town, craft gear, and upgrade your warriors for the next run.
Each mission is a risk–reward run: push deeper for better rewards, or extract early to secure what you’ve found. Play fully solo or team up in online co-op; your progress and castle carry across both.
Dragonhold is NOT always online. You can run a dedicated server yourself for free, the files are on steam.
Ride and fight on dragons – Soar over battlefields, strafe enemies with fire, then dive into brutal close-quarters combat as a dragon rider.
Mission-based extraction loop – Choose your mission, hunt for loot and materials, then extract safely or risk going deeper.
Rebuild Dragonhold castle – Restore a ruined stronghold and surrounding town; unlock vendors, crafting stations, and new progression systems as you rebuild.
Craft and upgrade – Forge weapons, armor, and arcane relics. Grow your dragon’s power and your own build with skills and gear.
Bosses and elite encounters – Take on challenging bosses both on dragonback and on foot, learning patterns and coordinating with allies.

Take to the skies on a mighty dragon and unleash fiery attacks on your enemies. Explore a vast enchanted realm and save the people of Azarkeen. Unleash deadly abilities and magical powers to prevent a corrupt holy war spreading across the world. Restore the balance in spectacular third-person action in solo or multiplayer modes.
Dragonhold is fully playable solo from start to finish – you don’t need other players or a constant online population to progress.
You can:
Play offline / privately
Host your own dedicated server
Or join other servers from the community.
Co-op is there if you want it; the entire experience can be enjoyed as a single-player ARPG.

Are you ready to become a member of the legendary Boundless Order, harnessing the power of dragons and etching your name into the annals of history? Your destiny awaits in Dragonhold.

Awesome concept. Plenty of things being worked on and worked out. Game is definitely fun to play in it's current state though.
MULTIPLAYER!!!!! just to say this is a fun game to play, BUT!! so far trying to get multiplayer to work is a joke, you spend ages setting up the server, see it in the list, aand yet, AND YET! no one can press the bloody start button! if this changes, so will my review as this game is pretty enjoyable, but who cares if you are forced to play it alone....

Its very big, almost 80gb.. There is something in there under the jank and buggyness quests are kinda ZZZzzzz at times, big pretty world, theres signs of greatness if it if the devs get some skill and storytelling in their team. BUt hey its 10$ get it now and play it ina few years lol
I really really want to like this game, but, my game crashed for the 5th time in the first beginner mission, losing my progress every time..
Cool idea, needs a bit of quality of life, but you know that's what early access is for! Interesting to see where it goes.
Gameplay is pretty good, but there is so much polishing to be done, it feels unplayable at this current state, I might pick it up if it ever gets a major update
Great game that gives you a dragon which is always awesome and you can city build, tons of potential to be had. Dev updates and talks with the community very often. Looking forward to what the Devs add. Worth getting in my opinion
I would certainly recommend this game to those whom this is targeted towards. Myself and kiddo both enjoy this. It was the style of game that she has been wanting. :) Keep up the awesome work
Fun dragon game that is a little rough around the edges. The dragon part is a lot like doom eternal's dragon levels or a little bit of drakengard. The rest of the game is a bit ehh. While I find the dragon part of the game fun and much more polished than any other part, you have to play a large chunk of the game on foot, in pitch-black dungeons or fields full of the same animal where the enemies only seem to be able to run straight at you. It's a positive review for me since neutral isn't an option simply based on the dragon riding. I hope they do a lot of polishing to the game and maybe the dungeons to allow more dragon usage since its the part of the game that really shines, while the rest of it (UI, ground combat, enemy AI, lighting, character and enemy animations/attacks being really stiff and clunky outside of dragon riding) are things that will require you to lower your expectations a bit to enjoy. The combined dragon/ground combat flows together surprisingly well once you learn to aim your drops. It is genuinely fun to fly around and blow up enemy ships and ground troops before dropping out of the sky to beat stuff up, a vampire-survivors like survival mode would go great with how fun the dragon combat is against the combined hordes and enemy ships you fight a boss on, but unfortunately there wasn't a lot of that once I got out of the tutorial. It was mostly flying directly from dungeon to dungeon and not fighting with the dragon much.
