Set in a huge open world, Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen presents a rewarding action combat experience.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

One of those rare perfect games. The disappointing sequel only makes me realize just how special Dragon's Dogma really is.
"What is your purpose here Arisen? if you sought to live, you had naught but run and hide yourself away... but then, tell me, child of man. What does it mean to live in truth? To wage war against the passing of days, to pray to the unseen for a few breaths more, to raise grand cities from stone and spawn new life in turn. Mankind has done this, yes and more. but is the tapestry you weave, truly of your own design? Goblin: 'We eat's when 'ungry! and we sleep, when tired of eatin'!' their kind is easy to fathom, they go on living from simple fear of death... *RAWR*.... but not mankind! Some welcome the end with arms outstretched, while others come face death incarnate, arms in hand. I ask again, what is your purpose here Arisen? One path to your survival lies in my defeat, still my heart and you stay the coming end. Another path before you, is to offer up which you hold most dear. Abandon all delusions of control... *Charge up* *BLAST* *BOOM* For the price of a single life I shall leave this land in peace, as my vanquisher, the duchy would bow to you. Wealth and power are sweet anodyne for heartache, you'll not gainsy my terms are more than generous. If it matters aught, the man who rules this land now won that honour through just such a bargain. The decision is yours Arisen. Now... Choose......"

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 13: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Mid
At this time everyone knows what this game does right, I'm replaying the game only for BBI and I have a list of small issues that slowly annoyed me into hating this game. The first time I played DDDA my only complaints were only enemy variety, warrior having only 3 skill slots for some reason. Now regarding BBI: -In the first chamber with a prisoner gorecyclops, there's a skeleton mage casting spells from a place I can't reach, and besides my only pawn being a mage she can't cast spells on him from the exact same range, I was probably in range for throwblasts (which I didn't bought yet) but even then, "you can't do anything to this guy bc you don't have throwblasts" it's not fun at all, and fun is the keyword Crapcom probably missed when developing this game, but it's ok since the skel literally killed himself jumping off the ledge because the AI is very good, thumbs up! -When the Gazer gets staggered, the cinematic camera stops the charging of arc of deliverance, that alone nearly made me unninstall, Crapcom literally takes away my highest damage output for no reason. -Since I innocently thought the DLC would not bring the exact same enemies but recolored and sometimes resized, I continued my journey, after encountering the exact same enemies for the billionth time, and defeating another skeleton mage which possesses a dragon (maybe this fight was intended to be a joke), I've finally met death in the pitch dark sewers, and guess what, my pawn obviously died to the hitkill attack after I saved her ass from the sleep spell, and then the first knockdown on death sent it flying off a cliff, yes, I killed death by mishima traditions. Good riddance, I don't want to fight a boss which has like 2 moves. -After having a good laugh at death's, I finnaly met the living armor, which I thought would be a really good fight If it wasn't immune to physical damage, and me not having my pawn, a scroll, or a magic weapon could do nothing about it. I really could just use a liftstone and go through everything again, hope that my pawn don't run towards death again (which respawned btw), but at this point I feel like too much waste of time, prioritizing preparation and knowledge checks rather than skill expression and adapting mid fight it's just lame to me, they could have literally just placed a special fire somewhere so you can enchant your weapon, or let you enchant weapons with tomes or scrolls, but that would be too much fun for me, I don't think they can do it.
Definitely one of my favourites. Played through this one several times. The story is absolute rubbish but the gameplay is great. Ignore DD2 unless it goes on sale - it's a downgrade in multiple ways.
good rpg thats let down by confusing mechanics
