Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Love it
After such a long wait. I really enjoyed this game. Try not to get bogged down in internet drama, just play games and enjoy them for what they are, a massively fun source of entertainment.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Good story and gameplay, but lacks the dark, mature edge of classic Dragon Age. Rating: 6.5 / 10 | Recommended: Yes (kind of). I do recommend playing this game, but nowhere near as much as I would recommend Dragon Age: Origins. After 60 hours and completing every single quest, I have pretty mixed feelings about Dragon Age: The Veilguard. The Good: Story & Quests: The main story and overall narrative arc are fantastic. I really enjoyed the majority of the missions and major story beats. Level Structure: I’m really glad they moved away from the massive, open-world bloat like Inquisition. The more focused mission/map design worked much better. Combat (Initially): The combat system feels great at first and the fight encounters are fun to play through. Lucanis Romance: The romance with Lucanis was super cute and had great buildup. The Bad: Repetitive Combat: By the mid-to-late game, combat encounters start feeling very repetitive and mundane. Lacks Romance Depth & Epilogue: While the Lucanis buildup was nice, the payoff was disappointing. Only one love scene? We need romance on the level of Baldur's Gate 3!! Give us real spice, passion, and adult themes. Even worse, there's no actual romance conclusion at the end. The final convo with Lucanis was right before the last boss fight, with zero resolution or epilogue afterward to show what comes next for you as a couple. Shallow Companions: Aside from a few moments, the companions overall felt a bit surface-level compared to the deep, complex characters from titles like Origins or DA2. Forced Dialogue: The woke dialogue around non-binary identity felt totally unnecessary and out of place for a dark fantasy setting (though thankfully confined to one companion only). Art Style & Tone: The visual style feels way too cartoony and sanitized, almost like Hogwarts Legacy. Verdict: BioWare needs to go back to its roots. Dragon Age is an adult franchise- we want dark, gothic, scary, mature themes, not a game sanitized for a younger audience. If they want to make something that actually rivals Origins or DA2, they need to bring back the gritty atmosphere and embrace true adult storytelling.
Was soll ich sagen? Dragon Age: The Veilguard liefert absolut ab!

story, fighting, magic, and environment are super cool, high quality, and immersive. highly recommended
One of my new favourite games.
