Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 3.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

GAME WON'T BOOT UP ANYMORE BEWARE!!! This used to be called the Doom 3 BFG edition which had Doom 3 original, Ressurection of Evil expansion, and the BFG edition which added some quality of life improvements. Would comment but the game no longer starts up. AT ALL!!! I have tried getting it working but no success. Funnily enough I do have the original on steam before it was de-listed and guess what? It still runs! How does the replacement not work but the 2004 version still run on new hardware?

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 9: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

DOOM 3: BFG Edition.
Doom 3 is a difficult game to review. Since playing it, I can see why it is the most divisive of the Doom games. Gets pretty repetitive after a few hours. Pick something up, and an enemy spawns behind you, walk past something, and the wall opens up, revealing an enemy and opening doors only for a demon to jump out. Levels are just corridors and finding access cards. Hell levels are pretty much the same. Towards the end of the game, I felt like it went on for about an hour too long; I just wanted it to end. With all that said, I did enjoy my time with Doom 3. I finished the main campaign in 7h55m on Marine difficulty (normal) 7/10 PS getting Doom 1 and 2 included was a nice touch. (Almost a 6/10)
Avoid this one and just play the vanilla DOOM 3 version. You might have to tweak the graphics settings to make it work (see the latest configuration guides on steam), but it's worth it. The BFG version lacks the immersive atmosphere of the original, and the fact that you can use your flashlight whenever you want, makes a huge difference.
Even for a DOOM game I appreciate what this game tried to do, as a horror game it is a pretty good experience and does spike my anxiety whenever I play this, the story is fine too I enjoy the fact that the only reason the doom guy is on mars is disobeying orders, pretty sure its the same for og doom also Its also funny that this game at the time of release had the most story in it considering John Carmak's famous quote about story in video games lol... The game also gives me a lot of Half-Life 1 and 2 vibes, like its similar to a funny extend, thanks Valve for breaking the trend of games not having a good story or a story at all back then
Not as bad as people say it is. Its just different. 8/10, would kill demons again
se siente como en casa *steamhappy*

Rest in peace, Bobby Prince! Doom 1-2 wouldn't be the same without your music.
