About
An outside threat reaches your homeland, a quiet northern island. You play as Fjør, a young warrior among those born under the Fate of the Guardian, blessed with exceptional combat prowess. But that alone is not enough to defeat the invaders and protect what's sacred to your people.
Walking the path of a Warden, explore the island above and below the surface: forgotten caves and ominous forests, gloomy catacombs and sacred ruins, where you shall fight hordes of monsters, discover well-hidden secrets and harness ancestral legacy.
Inspired by the best of the hack-and-slash genre, Divinum has a wide range of options to master and experiment with. Launch enemies into the air, where they are unable to act or escape while Fjør gains access to unique moves. Unleash unstoppable combos with two distinct primary weapons and special skills. Leave your foes no chance with quick dodges, blocks, and parries.
Explore the world, look for secrets and fight bosses to find Runes that meaningfully change how you fight. A +5% damage item? You won't find anything this boring in Divinum. Runes can provide anything from solid unique bonuses to modifiers that can completely change how you approach battles — but great power often comes with trade-offs.
Across the island, dangerous trials and ancient evil await you. Conquer them all and claim generous rewards!

Feels VERY much like Prince of Persia Lost Crown in gameplay, combat and even in some of the Art Pros 1) The difficulty curve was slightly better for me than Prince of Persia though, hard at points but not punishing. 2) Meaningful powerup customization making for quite a few unique play styles 3) All the 'hidden' areas have clues 4) Excelent feel to the combat 5) Reasonably good challenge for boss fights, without you needing to quit real life to master. 6) Great progression of skill unlocks 7) Music hit the spot perfectly for the game style Cons 1) About every 10 minutes I get a big lag spike, frames drop, end up disoriented. Almost like a big garbage collection run was triggered. This could also be my PC though - only 16GB RAM. 2) Story starts and ends great, but I kinda got lost in the middle a bit, but it could have been my lack of paying attention. Unsure if pro or con 1) Not a overly long game (8 hours to finish), but just the right amount to not get bored of it either. 2) Strange mix of easy and hard basic enemies. Probably good as it gives a feeling of gaining power, but not unlimited.

Jogo satisfatório, gameplay crocante!
pro: GREAT combat, one of the best, smoothest 2D combat system con: apart from combat not much else is there, took me just 5 hrs to finish with most of the side content finished. my video review: https://youtu.be/nCuzZ7wE4wY?si=0Y5ytxQ0DcxSEI94
Very satisfying from the very beginning! Awesome combat that’s energetic and you feel the impact of every hit. Exploration is constantly rewarding you with upgrades and currency and it’s really scratching the Ori/Hollow Knight itch even if the game doesn’t quite soar to those heights. This is definitely a hidden gem and absolutely worth your time and money.
Phenomenal combat system. Give me a bigger sequel with more weapons and scale.
Divinum does a great job of keeping things constantly engaging and I had a really enjoyable time playing through it. It’s the kind of game that’s easy to pick up and get invested in, especially if you’re a fan of the genre. That being said, my biggest criticism would be the overall playtime. While the game is very fun to play, it feels like there simply isn’t enough of it. By the time I was really getting into the experience, i was already looking at the credits.
