Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11.43/day in the week to Aug 29 → 21.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

很有趣的小品级游戏,整体难度一般,且流程线性。 可惜围绕操作系统展开的玩法比较浅显,没有深入挖掘。 但如果你能对上电波,解谜过程将会十分享受。 另外,本地化适配堪称顶级。
10/10! really fun puzzles, eerie and unsettling. soundtrack is so good, 100/10. why do fictional bands always have the best music? i sat on the dvd for dream in gouache just to listen to the whole song!!! interlude was great for maxine's chronologs, you could feel how maxine felt. i had fun uncovering all the lore with the family and how the game unveiled the relationships between characters. some puzzles were frustrating due to its difficulty. i didn't like the
scary maze game
reference because i was traumatized as a young wee child, so i'm glad the devs didn't actually do it to us. no jumpscares in general which i also appreciated. excited to see more from the developers!
There is so much love put into this game, Its like a windows detective game from the 90's-2000's. You explore an old PC figuring out what happened to the previous users. You need to use your critical thinking skills to continue through each puzzle. When they say "think outside the box" you need to REALLY think outside the box. You compress files, change .file names, and even need to explore the "about" and "help" sections of windows to continue. There are easter eggs in here with call backs to memes and classic 90's and 2000's internet culture. I wish everyone could experience this game!
Such a nice and nostalgic adventure. It was so nice to remember the days when I last sit front of a CRT monitor and staring at Windows 95 or 98(and clicking everywhere, trying to figure out what to do). The puzzles were really good and tough at times but what I want to recommend to anyone who reads this: do not lookup a guide, do what I did, if you get stuck, leave the game for a few hours/days and come back to it later. It works, you will have a different perspective or a slightly adjusted one which will help solving the puzzle. The feeling of doing it is really great and makes the whole experience much more rewarding. So enjoy and be patient with yourself! Note: I have not unlocked all the achivements so i am not sure how hard to get everything. Maybe another time.
I rarely post reviews but felt I needed to for Desktop Explorer. This game is AMAZING!!! I’ve always had a love for games that simulate an operating system, and this game is hands down the best one I’ve ever played! It brings me back to being a kid and getting on a computer for the first time and exploring the settings and files and seeing what all I can do and find in it! The story is amazing, the music is lovely, the art is fantastic, and the puzzles are so creative and offer a good challenge! You have to think outside the box a lot making it really satisfying when you figure out the solution. It’s also good at reusing tools and concepts shown earlier. I hate when a game gives you an item or mechanic only to use it once and never mention it again. I can’t think of anything this games gives you that you only use once. Truly can’t recommend this game enough! I wish I could wipe my brain of it so I could play it again for the first time!
This has officially taken the top spot in my "best gameplay experience" game, which was Hypnospace Outlaw. The puzzle design in this game was so tight that even after the most difficult ones, I could not once complain that they were bad puzzles. All the characters felt real, the atmosphere was immaculate and I genuinely felt unsettled at times, Which is excellent. I can't give more detailed thoughts without spoiling the game, go play it!
хорошая игрушка прикольная мне понравилась
