Absolutely blast to play. I think the OST alone would be worth the price tag.
By the time I got to riding the Ferris wheel then jumping into a volcano to dodge fireballs like it was Browser's castle before even reaching the first boss I knew this game was gonna be peak. Amazing levels that keep you on your toes. A new mechanic introduced every chapter to spice it up so it doesn't get repetitive and a banger soundtrack that keeps up with the chaotic nature. Simple story of a group of misfits going against a megacorporation. Yup, I heavily recommend this game. Absolutely made with heart and passion from these developers. 9/10 Possibly my GOTY 2026

I love this game. It's unique, stylish and a lot of fun. Sort of a Tony Hawk meets Trains situation, sounds like a weird combo but it works very well. It's pretty easy to pick up but hard to master so if your more casual you should be able to beat the main story but if you want a real challenge then getting all the gold medals will take some active work. Give it a go I don't think you'll be disappointed

Main attraction is the insane soundtrack, with very fitting tracks for every single level, made by pretty big names in the industy. This is the definition of: „Buying an album, and getting a game for free.“ The gameplay is very fun, the feeling of speed and the numerous tricks available make this game feel fresh throughout ist playtime. Reinforcing this are the varied tracks, which all feel unique and memorable, especially the last 2 were amazing. Collecting stuff and learning the tracks, while going for Gold Medals on subsequent runs was very motivating overall, causing me to 100% this game. The lore and world are overall pretty interesting, and doing a road-trip (or track-trip) through Japan’s regions/culture was pretty cool as well. The visuals are low-fidelity, but the artstyle makes this game stand out a lot, though some characters looked a bit weird… The story was OK, and the characters as well. It was standard fare overall, nothing much to say here. The first negative concerns random ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and inconsistencies. At times it feels like a coin-flip, whether I crashed or not, which is not a great feeling during the longer tracks… The second negative is the gravity switch, I do not like this mechanic at all, mainly because of the wonky and inconsistent controls.
