GOTY material right here. What sounds like a simple concept adds new mechanics constantly, all building on each other right up until the end of the game. Great fun, tons of wild concepts that don't detract from the gameplay at all, and a stellar soundtrack featuring some of the gaming world's royalty. Every inch of this game is a labour love and it absolutely shows. A future cult classic.
Amazing game with a nice story and amazing gameplay. Tricks feel precise, mistakes are your own fault and the fun never degrades during the full 10h-15h that the story might take you - depending on your focus and the sideobjectives. Clear labour of love and amazing artstyle/presentation/sounddesign. This made me feel 'fun' like no other game did in a long time. Even the grinding for better stats felt great and not mind numbing. Love the game, price is a steal and the customisation of the trains as well as all of the mechanics is top notch. You get exactly what you buy and a nice story about friendship (and heavier themes) on top.
i finally finished the game, yeah it took some times....ok A LOT of time, but i did it, i love the story, the character, the artstyle the music, unironiclly my game of the year, not to say it was perfecrt some level was a bit too hard to me (looking at you 9-1-1) but i managed them at the end(althoug with losing some of my hair XD) in conclusion, DENSHATCHAK! is an amazing game, cant wait to see how many awards itll get at the next award season

A lot of games claim to be love letters to JSR, but Denshattack is so much more that that - a modern polished and incredibly fun arcade trick racer that doesn't just meet the standards of the games that came before it, but barrels past them. 🚃 Gameplay is razor sharp with plenty of techniques to master 🚃 Chaining tricks is incredibly satisfying 🚃 Music and visual design are legendary 🚃 UI and sound design make dodging obstacles second nature 🚃 Story and world are engaging without slowing the pace down 🚃 Boss fights straight out of mecha anime If you are pessimistic about the state of gaming in 2026 , pick up this game - the future of gaming is a rainbow track just waiting for you to ride it.
