Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Welcome to the Debtors' Club. It's up to you - and your team of debt collectors - to make the businesses of the city pay what they owe to the public treasury. Governance doesn't come cheap, you know, and it's up to you to make everyone pay up - whatever it takes.
Persuade and intimidate debtors, ruthlessly interrogate their financial records, and if need be, send a couple of Paci-Fists to explain impolitely that tax dodging is frowned upon in polite society. The law, after all, is on your side - that is, as long as you can meet the daily collection quota. There's quite the backlog to work through - and precious little time.

Shape Your Path: Your behavior and choices will define your journey in a roguelite-style narrative experience that combines hand-crafted content with an innovative dialogue-generation system.
Engaging Conversations: Talk to debtors through phone calls, employing persuasive tactics to extract payments and uncover their businesses hidden secrets.
Team Management: Take charge of a team City Hall employees, each with their own strengths and weaknesses, and strategically assign them to cases.
Challenging Choices: Confront difficult moral dilemmas as you navigate the murky waters of corruption, deciding between compassion and ruthless efficiency.
City Hall Intrigue: Explore the depths of a shadowy city hall, uncovering layers of deceit and unearthing the truth behind the moral decay that plagues the city.
Minigames and Tasks: Engage in captivating minigames and complete tasks that reflect the various challenges faced by the mayor's favorite employee.
Reactive Narrative: Experience a dynamic storyline with multiple branching paths, where your decisions have a tangible impact on the city and its inhabitants.
Consequences and Morality: Your choices will have ripple effects, shaping the city's fate and testing your own moral compass.
Immersive Atmosphere: All presented in an unique art style, blending the innocence of cartoons with the ruthless world of debts, taxes, and public governance.

I am quite honestly stunned at how little game there is. Its basically a VERY poor man's "papers please". I am playing the first 3-4 days and sure, I can tell there's going to be some minor difficulty addons and some items you can buy, but..what on earth are all those screenshots on the store page? The core game seems to literally be pressing one of four choices to invoke RNG-sus for whether or not a guy on the phone pays, you get two tries, if things go bad, the entire day fails and its game over. You have some mild control over optimizing chances and are otherwise just a buttonpress monkey apparently. I was hoping for a much more narrative / choice / SOMETHING gameplay component, as the screens suggest, but I am not going to grind myself through dozens of days of what feels impactless drudgery to get there. If you were trying to warn me not to buy this by making all the screens show literal public office drudgery, I guess my bad, I was too optimistic to realiize that you were trying to tell me to run away fast as I can. Pretty music and graphics lured me in, then I hung out and found...nothing. Wild how much talent in the audiovisual content goes to waste with nothing gameplay fun wise to be had to actually make it a, well, fun game. This is AFTER the "Tactics" Update for "New Mechanics". Maybe the issue is that they thought they need to pace out more content across more days. I can safely say: Hell no. You are immediately repelling me by making this game look like the most wildly uninteresting, boring chore instead of any kind of game with any kind of fun, tongue in cheek, me being in control to manipulate, threaten, non-RNG-sus push around people debt collector. What a huge, huge letdown. Not a fan of thumbs down reviews, but golly, what a bad onboarding here.
fun game but the translation portuguese from brasil is not complete so i recomend you guys play only in english if you guys dont understand english will be a big mess, for now i give a bad review, if they finish the translation and other stuff i change my review. i dont undertand, developers are brazilians and the game dont have the translation complete is very strange.
Just wasn't fun after the first week. Everyone says ok and doesn't react. There was almost something here but for me it just became boring and repetitive.
Simple but addictive gameplay. The success of the day is based on RNG quite a lot.
Não tem uma jogabilidade tão envolvente como parecia. O tutorial é muito vago e não ensina o suficiente, então os critérios de sucesso no jogo não são claros.
