Dead Stop: No Vacancy é uma pequena grande surpresa dentro do catálogo da Camel 101. É um jogo que se afasta do que o estúdio nos tinha habituado a ver, aposta tudo numa experiência curta, concentrada e sem desperdício, e consegue entregar tensão, atmosfera e alguns puzzles muito bem pensados, tudo isto embrulhado numa estética retro muito bem conseguida. Cara, é um bom jogo, mas algumas bizarrices que você encontra no caminho acabam tirando o fator medo do jogo… Mas uma coisa é certa… se você tem aracnofobia, esse é um bom terror para você.

You check-in at a cheap motel and crazy things start happening. The exact opposite of a slow burner. The environment is nice, with the graphics and audio throwing you back to earlier times. It's short, with every minute packed with tension and dread, right until the end.

Looks like a simple walking sim, but it has some interesting puzzles and sequences. It's not too hard, but you can actually die in the latter parts of the game. That in itself adds up to the unnerving feeling that you get from start to finish. Short, but very immersive.
