As someone whom 100% completed the original game on Xbox 360 and now the remastered I can firmly say, if you like Dead Rising then you'll like this game. If you want to play dead rising and never have before then you may want to try the original as it is cheaper. There is very little difference between the two games. Fans of the series will tell you that the Remastered is easier (more exp and books), the A.I. are much smarter, and they poorly censored some material in this remastered. Other than the optional control changes, casual mode, and the HD touches...there is really different. In short, IF you are a Dead rising fan I'd wait for a sale. If you've never touched the game before, try the original since its on sale for cheap almost every month.
