Everytime I write a review, I try to be as objective as possible, in order to not let my personal tastes taint the objective quality of the product.[/i] [h1]Graphics[/h1] The graphics quality is, on the overall, in line with the expectations. The 3D elements show an heterogeneous level of quality (some less, some more refined). [b]Score: 7 / 10[/b] [h1]Narrative[/h1] Well calibrated narrative rhythm; well written characters and dialogues. This final chapter correctly manages to handle all the loose ends, and it addresses various topics in a mature, sensible and well-considered manner. The story guides the player without literally holding their hand, allowing him/her to reason freely when necessary, and providing well calibrated hints: not too helpful, not too cryptic. [b]Score: 9.7 / 10 [/b] [h1]Gameplay[/h1] The optimization isn't perfect: during the environment navigation sometimes minor fps drops were experienced, despite the game was played on a machine far more powerful than the recommended settings. Mouse and keyboard controls aren't explained and, without a controller, it is necessary to look on the internet for the correct keys to press. Exploring the environment can be a bit uncomfortable, because the camera resets its position everytime the player attempts to look up or down. [b]Score: 6.5 / 10[/b] [h1]Sound[/h1] Well done, clear sound effects. Impeccable and in some cases praiseworthy voice acting. [b]Score: 8.5 / 10 [/b] [h1]Music[/h1] The many soundtracks are certainly of high quality and they properly fit the various moments that unfold during the story. [b]Score: 8.5 /10[/b] [h1]Overall[/h1] It's the last chapter of the "Danganronpa" trilogy, that successfully manages to tie up all the loose ends as well as expressing the ideas for this final story. I definitely recommend to those who have already played the previous ones. Except for a few, mostly forgettable, technical flaws, this product is indeed of high quality. [b]Score: 4.1 / 5 [/b]
