In the past, you will witness a world in the throes of The Change, a cataclysmic event that forever altered humanity. Meanwhile, in the ravaged wastelands of the future, every moment is a fight for survival against dangerous abominations that will test both your reflexes and your tactical thinking.
You are a Traveler working for the enigmatic Collective, tasked with scouring the wastelands of the future in search of time rifts that will transport you to 1980s-era Poland.
In a desolate world filled with ever-present danger, your survival hinges on your ability to strategize and plan ahead. The enemies you’ll encounter are nightmarish creatures, born from the remnants of humanity – defeating them will require you to make full use of your arsenal.
You can manipulate temporal Anomalies to clear a path through the desolate environment, and will have to scavenge for resources to replenish your limited ammo and supplies. Good preparation is key. Once in battle, split-second decisions can mean the difference between life
and death.
The creatures you kill won’t stay dead for long. Fallen enemies can be absorbed by others — through a grotesque process called Merging — to become faster, tougher, and far deadlier.
The only way to stop them? Burn their bodies. And do it fast.
If you don’t, you’ll face ever-evolving abominations that will push your combat skills to their limits.
Your mission is to locate key people from the past who perished in the ensuing apocalypse. Using your all-powerful Harvester, you can extract their Essences and have them accompany you into the future.
But be wary: these essences have a profound impact on your journey.
The more you carry, the more haunted your suit becomes — increasing your prowess on the battlefield but also bringing with them whispers in your ear and flickers into your vision, edging you ever closer to madness.

Хорошая интересная игра с загадочным сюжетом и густой атмосферой. Для любителей игр, похожих на Resident Evil и Dead Space рекомендую. Локации выполнены атмосферно, есть где поискать припасы и различные секреты. Разнообразие врагов невелико, но тут оно и не надо. Стрельба ощущается приятно. Есть возможность прокачки своего снаряжения. По оптимизации в начале игры были просадки до 40 FPS, но дальше все стало нормально даже в пылу сражения, учитывая что играл на максимальных настройках с трассировкой лучей. Графика выглядит хорошо. Bloober Team в последнее время радует. Буду ждать DLC, которое уже анонсировали.

Cronos is good. It isn't great, but it's good. If you're itching for an action survival horror game, this will do you well. The combat is somewhat shallow, but that's an issue that only really comes into view as the game is already starting to wrap up. The story starts off intriguing enough and there are some fun twists, but it really starts to fall apart near the end. The sound design and music are both very good.
Полнейшая ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Блуберы как не могли в геймплей - так и тут не смогли. Сюжет псевдоинтелектуальная затянутая ху..та, когда очень хочется быть как сома, но утыкаешься в уровень развития "детсад". Все медленно, скучно и на серьезных щщах - навевает уныние уже на 2-м часу игры. Проходил сквозь страдания, но в конце дропнул - это выше моих сил, уныние в кубе.
Попри сучасну конфігурацію ноутбука Legion 5 з процесором Intel Core i7‑14700 та відеокартою RTX 5070, геймплей у Cronos The New Dawn виявився незадовільним. Гра демонструє надмірні вимоги до апаратного забезпечення, що свідчить про слабку оптимізацію продукту. Під час проходження регулярно спостерігаються просідання FPS, затримки у відображенні текстур та нестабільність у динамічних сценах. Навіть при зниженні графічних налаштувань продуктивність залишається нижчою за очікувану, що значно знижує комфорт гри. Заявлені системні вимоги не відповідають реальності: навіть потужне обладнання не забезпечує стабільного геймплею. Це створює відчуття, що проєкт потребує ще більш високої конфігурації, ніж зазначено розробниками. У результаті замість повного занурення у світ гри користувач стикається з технічними проблемами. На даному етапі Cronos The New Dawn виглядає як продукт із недостатньою оптимізацією, що не дозволяє отримати якісний ігровий досвід навіть на сучасних системах.
