Wow hold up, so devs for god sake you actually made some timed parkour challenges using your genius input mapping of combining 2 buttons in order for a jump, with the worst input delay counted in seconds? Crimson Desert is an open world RPG made of endless meaningless errands, janky boss fights, extremely tedious puzzle solving and countless mini games that look intriguing at first, but will surely ruined by something that comes after, which actually feels like there are some devs that design them, and there is another group says well let's make something that counter this part of fun. Beautifully crafted open world? Enjoy the bad optimization and LOD. Cool bosses, large battlefield encounters and combo builds? Let's install absurd input delay and a mad camera. Tons of armors and weapons? They are basically 99% vanity items. Got a wagon and trade for your settlement? Let's design some interesting routes for the wagon to stuck or explode. Ignore boring errand quests? Good, now some subsequent quests are locked. Do not even try to design a singleplayer game using MMO mindset. We are all tortured.

US · last 30 days
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 76.29/day in the week to Aug 25 → 313.57/day in the week after.
Of the 13 markets with a position on both sides, 12 climbed and 1 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

One of the WORST games I've ever played. Boring protagonist and characters, with an almost nonexistent story. EVEN THE VOICE ACTOR FOR CLINT SAID IN AN INTERVIEW THAT HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THE STORY. The only salvageable aspects are the open world and the world design. But even those don't matter when there's no INTERESTING LORE to back them up.
Crimson Desert is the girlfriend that is great 90% of the times, but those 10% she abuses you like no other but you cannot do anything about it cause you like her too much or she is too hot! This is the best 7/10 I played in a long while!
It's a very big and a very beautiful world to get lost in. It's also a real feast for those who love collectathons because you can collect well...almost everything! And you can greet every person! The sheer scale is enormous. I'm having fun but I take my time. I don't rush at all, I just walk around, run around, greet people, catch bugs and enjoy it very much. Oh! And I like Kliff. He is a good egg.
Game world is MASSIVE. If you like exploration, then this is the game for you. My problem with the game is there are too many systems and things to have to figure out. Gardening, trading, crafting, and the list is virtually endless. Games like this tend to take the fun out of the game and make it about micro management. There needs to be a balance. The story is lousy. It feels like the devs wanted to make a massive online multiplayer game and then changed their minds and tried to make an RPG--so they had to come up with a story. However, the story really is terrible for a game of this magnitude. Combat is rinse, wash, and repeat - especially with the non-boss enemies. It just gets boring after a while. Again, exploration is where the game shines. There is a lot to explore and the game world is vast. However, as far as a game that you play through with a good story I give this game a 3. The other thing is that at launch, the game had tons of bugs. Many of them have been addressed now. My overall rating is a 4 - 5 for this game. Don't pay full price. Get it on sale.

Normalerweise bekommt ein Game nach Jahren eine Enhanced Edition. Wieso macht man hier also nicht erstmal das Grundgerüst fertig? Wann endlich mal vernünftige Menüs? Wann endlich vernünftige Grafikeinstellungen?
