Operate Solo in the Single-player Campaign!
Experienced players can take control of Travis Baker and win all the turf in Rockay City in a roguelite single-player campaign.
Build and manage your own crew of criminals and overthrow the current gang leaders in the city. Earn cash from completing missions, level up your heisters and gain permanent unlocks when you die to help you get closer to your ultimate goal in the next run.
With dozens of missions to choose from in the campaign, each randomised at the start of each run, you can make a name for yourself through petit thievery or grand, over the top heists.

Had this game blocked for the longest time because they participated in cancel culture, but was convinced by Kirsche to give it a try after they apologized. Solid gunplay, fun roguelike mode. Better balanced than competitors like Payday. If they made the roguelike mode co-op, they'd have to pry me off it.

Munya from the Foxu! Saw Kirsche Verstahl gushing over the game on stream and watched her play it. Bought the base game because it looked fun, After having played the first three missions in the intro and my first stealth mission I can say this is right up my alley and can't wait to dump all my extra time into the game. Went ahead and picked up the Complete Collection as well now. Keep up the good work! And thanks for letting the Foxu play again!
KIRSCHE UNBANNED! I missed this game and uninstalled because a company that focuses more on social media fake outrage rather than improving their product is a company I don't want to give my time and energy to. Now that she is back and they apologized, I am super excited to be back in CBRC.

This game goes on sale for stupidly cheap, and at that price I'd recommend grabbing it with friends. It's... decent, at best, but most importantly it's a complete gas leak of a game. It keeps proving itself incoherent and more and more unexpected ways, and for that it's a fun time despite itself. Two bucks is worth it for some new vocal stims, basically.
Crime Boss: Rockay City is a title that feels perpetually caught between high ambition and underwhelming execution. The game is heavily marketed on its celebrity cast including Michael Madsen, Danny Trejo, and Chuck Norris. While the voice acting is competent, these performances feel like window dressing for a narrative that lacks genuine depth or meaningful character development. Shooting mechanics are functional but feel dated. Stealth is a joke in this game. It attempts to blend the gritty, star studded cinematic flair of 90s crime dramas with a roguelite inspired turf war system, but it ultimately falters under the weight of repetitive gameplay and unpolished mechanics.
Game is really fun. Mechanics aren't as involved as other heist games, but it makes for fun co-op play. TOTAL FOXU VICTORY.
