Graphics: The graphics in Cricket 24 are quite impressive. Stadiums look realistic, players have good face scans, and lighting during day and night matches feels authentic. The crowd animation and atmosphere during big games really add to the excitement. Though some character movements still look a bit stiff, overall, the visuals are solid and a big step up from previous cricket titles. Gameplay: Gameplay is smooth, enjoyable, and realistic. Batting feels more natural, with better timing and shot control. Bowling has improved too, offering more variation and strategy. Fielding is still a little hit-or-miss, but it’s much better than before. The AI gives a decent challenge, especially in higher difficulties, making matches fun and competitive. Career Mode & Features: The career mode is engaging — you can start from a local club and work your way up to international cricket. The inclusion of real teams, official licenses (like Australia, England, and The Hundred), and real player likenesses make it feel more authentic. Online play also adds replay value, letting you face players around the world. Performance: On PC, the game runs smoothly most of the time, though occasional frame drops can happen in high-detail stadiums. The controls work well with both keyboard/mouse and controllers. Verdict: Cricket 24 is a big improvement over previous cricket games. Its an amazing game unfortunately there is no other better alternative. Pros 1. I enjoying playing local team and they did good job with face scans and getting team dynamics right 2. Shows and control seems really good and responsive 3. I liked the multiplayer aspect and also indepth customization Cons 1. Commentary is the most boring part i have played it soo much i will know what commentator will say next for each show its soo boring, but recent update i can hear some new lines seems good. If only they could add local languages as even some mobile apps have this feature. 2. Biggest issue you need to have stable internet connection even for normal games which is ridiculous that means you cant play during travel or in flight or some remote place which is ridiculous. 3. Bowling is boring need to improve controls 4. Academy and training aspect is not at all clear have to check youtube and wiki to find informations which is not proper need to improve training and also give feedback ot user on there improvement. 5. For cricket game size now reaches almost 95GB which is really ridiculous its soo unoptimized even in latest chips i get only decent performance which can be improved. 6. Improve menu add more content seems stale 7. Sometime NPC do ridiculous catches which almost seem impossible specially keeper and slips Despite all this i enjoy playing this as i like color scheme of the game and also less buggy if you are a cricket lover this is the game for you, i just love battling and griding

Very in-depth career mode and various official licensed tournaments. If I had a couple of wishes for Cricket 26, would be, weather properly impacting the game, with rain delays. The ability to retire in Career mode and the annoying bug of ridiculous overthrows. Since my review in July, this game has actually got worse. Ridiculous physics, games being ruined by on average 5-6 overthrows per career mode bowler, leading to silly figures. I would recommend if you intend on buying Cricket 26 to wait a while to see if the glitches are ironed out, or its another wasted experience.

No idea what they've done but for all the licences this is the worst in the series so far. Bowling is an awful experience all round. Fielders are the worst yet, so many dropped catches especially by Keepers, constant letting the ball run right past them and overthrows make building pressure next to impossible. Fielding off your own bowling in career mode has always been bad but now you constantly give away quick singles as it locks you from collecting the ball and getting a run out if mid on/off is running to get the ball and if anyone at Big Ant can explain why my bowler regularly just lets the ball past while stood at the stumps to go to for overthrows? Why does the ball go through the bowler rather than them trying to catch it or stop it? Conversely the AI in the field almost never drop catches, can ping the stumps wherever they are on the field, rarely (if ever) concede overthrows and make miracle stops that they won't as soon as you are bowling. If you want to know the slowest animation ever made in a video game its a bowler or WK knocking the bails off for a run out. Bowling itself used to be really good, it used to feel like you worked the batter out and earned the wicket - not anymore! The AI is so bad that you either skittle teams out for nothing no matter how badly you bowl or struggle no matter how well - or in career mode can't take a wicket match after match before getting 5 for after 5 for. Mindless unfun AI. Batting still feels good except sweeping is now really hard with toggle on and off stupidity for certain shots and sometimes batters happily refuse to dive running you out. Massive step back in gameplay. Its stunning achievement is that the more you play it the more bugs and issues you will find. Ten years into a franchise this is embarrassing - Go get Cricket 19 its better just a shame they stripped the Big Bash out of it
