Will lose dozens more hours of my life to this
This game is really fun, deep mechanics and very digestible :)
Balatro, but in city-builder form. Addictive as heck, and unlocks are always within reach off a completed run (unlocks are for variety, not cumulative power). It's a tested formulate that keeps the player motivation going strong. Randomised island layouts means there's a decent chunk of replayability/strategy when it comes to pre Turn-1 tactics in Faction selection. You know the drill, you rougelike fanatics.

Yeah it's pretty ding-dong-danged good and such.

Really fun but way too easy. I won on my first run without the shop unlocked lol
Incredibly intuitive! It's one of those that seem simple at first until you lose and then you start to learn its many nuances. The different starting choices add a lot of replay value as in you can only pick two but the two you pick have different synergies the others won't. Im a bit surprised at how deep this is yet how quick of a roguelike it is as well. (Let's be honest here...a lot of roguelikes lately have 1 or more hr runs, this is more like 20-25 mins to complete if that.) Im diggin this one...it has the sauce.
Do you enjoy the initial 30 turns of Civilization more than the rest of the game? Do you have an inexplicable urge to optimize the placement of your Woodsman to access the highest # of forest tiles possible? Would you find joy learning that the entire game is built around this loop? Instant classic. I want bigger maps and a few more plates to balance--specifically things to do with my populace. Maybe let me create houses which give me population I can use to add Mult to various other buildings. Houses-->Bakery +x0.25. Stuff we sometimes see in other titles but would do a lot of work here. Great game!
