Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 10 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Really enjoying this game! Looking forward to the next update!

Pros: - The starting economic puzzle really sucks you in. The first few hours, when you have to juggle hiring cheap Basic/Fortran programmers, optimizing your staff for parallel projects, and the risk of bankruptcy, give you a true resource-management feel. It's genuinely satisfying to play the strategist, literally calculating every hundred bucks. Cons: - The gameplay dies off as early as March 1980 (you start on January 1, 1980). As soon as you find a working formula (no freelancers, only cheap hires), the game turns into an endless clicker. You do the same thing for hours on end. - Terrible pacing. In 10 real-time hours, you barely reach 1983, even though your progress is already fully stable. After that, it's 500 more hours of the same repetitive actions with zero evolution. The artificial stretching kills any interest. - Awkward project cap. With 9 employees, you can handle at most 4 projects, which feels too few, but expanding to 12 makes management clunky and uncomfortable. Verdict: Initially I did not recommend this game because of the monotony after the first few hours, but I have changed my mind. The developer is actively improving the project, and I believe the mechanics will soon be fixed, making the game excellent. If you are willing to tolerate the current flaws for the potential that future updates will unlock, then I do recommend giving it a chance. P.S. I also stumbled upon the achievement for fixing 1000 bugs. Getting it is not just hard, it is downright unrealistic. The catch is that as your character levels up, all programs are written perfectly, without a single bug. To accumulate a thousand errors, you would have to deliberately mess up the testing mini-games and give wrong answers. The problem is that such test questions appear about once every 5 minutes. That means you would need roughly 5000 minutes of pure gameplay just to unlock that achievement.
