Extremely clunky controls in a game where you're running around with your head cut off. Cursor/selector randomly disappears, locking you into your current screen. 1.) The tab wheel for tools is annoying as you have to select tools on/off, there's no auto-switch which would be nice for trash when you need the mop for spills but need your bare hands for items. Additionally, trying to hot switch from the mop and get to a counter was quite annoying. 2.) Mechanics are poorly explained although you can figure it out through trial and error with some sense. 3.) The soda mini game is not fun in a rush, let alone the animation lock that happens when you hand a drink over. 4.) It is ROUGH without any servers/employees. Expect the beginning to be insane and your customer satisfaction to suffer. 5.) As mentioned before, my cursor would randomly disappear especially on the manager computer. I would have to alt+tab out and back in for it to show. 6.) A downtime window would be nice. There is no 'pause' to the time so if you have upgrades or need to restock, you're burning your money trying to do that instead of helping customers. Sadly, it has potential but it needs some major QoL overhauls.

it just keep crashing unstable game almost unplayble don't buy it until the devs fixed the problem if they ever will
