Business Simulator 2026

Regarding employee motivation is stupid, all you do is running from store to store and motivate them...this sucks

I didn't even play this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, it uses AI within the first cutscene. Absolute slop and looking at other reviews devs don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about the game either. Go find other ways to waste water than generating ♥♥♥♥♥♥ videos for a cash grab game.

Desperately needs an optimization update. Using a Ryzen 7 5800x + RTX 3080 and the game is unplayable after you open your 7-10th business even capped at 45 FPS. Managers overtime order so much inventory the stockers can't keep up and the business goes from $20k profit a day to less than $1,000. The game is fun until you get halfway through and your PC can't keep up with the lack of optimization. If I got the game for less than $10 I wouldn't mind, but with tax it's nearly $20 CAD.

Last update as of today was November 2025, these devs are pushing out a lot of games but don't seem to be updating, could be a cash grab, I would wait, as of now they have to many bugs.

for the price its a good game... if you like grinding on sims this is for you. couple things i've noticed. the cleaners leave a good amount of stuff behind. why?.... cuz they cant get to it. the shelves for whatever reason hide it and then your pollution rating goes up. the truck you get when start is rough, definitely needs some help. also went into one of my stores and many shelves were empty. fired and rehired manager but it didnt help. had to order stock then the workers put it out no problem. like i said earlier, its a fun grinder. i know its early access but that what ive noticed

ok game, to short, to ez, to repetitive and not enough upgrade for staff and stuff, so when you have a big shop they can't restock fast enough so you lose so much cash and like this game only have a 50% profit per shop not more, so you spend 10k on suplie its 20k revenu, always

Game is simply another sim that is sold as innovation. Very bad optimization, played about 15 minutes with: 20 FPS, even with low graphics Generic Assets AI ANIMATIONS low creativity. I do not recommend it.
