Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Play as Cole Gray - an experienced Planewalker, who sets off on a journey to the unknown and undiscovered regions of the Chernobyl Zone in the search of cure for his daughter.
Fight for your survival, manage resources and make decisions that will affect the entire Zone. Just remember… Everything comes at a price.

Explore vast, dark, gloomy and mysterious world of Chornobyl, created and developed in detail on the basis of the real life locations.

Develop your character, unlock valuable new skills, form strong alliances, and make decisions that will affect the whole around world.

The choices you make in the game will allow you to discover a non-linear story and experience one of the several possible endings. Everything happens for a reason and has its price.

Build, upgrade, fortify and customize your base, creating not only a place where you can craft and upgrade your items, but also a safe haven for you and other Chornobyl explorers.

A good RPG. Weird ass game but still solid. Never played the first one but I liked this one when I tried the beta or playtest. Just need to build a newer PC to run it proper.

I prefer it over the first one. The beginning here is similar to Stalker Call of Pripyat but somehow have Interstellar and Mass Effect vibes, kinda. You're moreover thrown into the world and you discover why you are here , discover the parts.of Chernobylite world and its 'things'. And it slowly progress into full open game. Nice. However, if in a final state devs want it to be more narrative driven game I'm okay with that when we would have more stuff in open world. That's my demand: rich open world - less linearity. It already is the mix of those two but in favor of free path over story. It's a surely interesting game to observe where Chernobylite 2 will finally anchor after Early Access. It is an Early Access game but feels not worse than some AAA titles. I see lots of possibilities to be utilized for side activities, missions and exploration rewarded by loot. Chernobylite 2 shows a direction into Fallout territory. This world here The Zone is massive. It was my main factor why I have got this game. Massive and great-looking world. And quite massive weight 106GB haha cheeki-breeki. PS. This needs Steam Achievements ASAP.
Early Access First Impressions (will update as the game progresses).... So this game isnt like the first one as many people say, that game is small Procedurally Generated HUBs/Instances. C2 is Open World.. and thats kinda a good thing IF you like Fallout because this game seems like its taking HEAVY inspiration from Fallout New Vegas/Fallout 4 in the dialogue department. The same exact 3rd person over the shoulder cinematic cam when talking to NPCs in 3rd person. You got TPP & FPP. Multiple Choice answers between 3-5 answers to choose. Speech checks that only pass if you have +10 Charisma or +10 Strength etc... its gives me New Vegas vibes in terms of mechanics but camera is Fo4...Art styles is good too, Writing and Gameplay is good too and thats pretty much everything good about the game... ...Now, the only problem with this game, like EVERY other UE5 title, is its performance is TERRIBLE. Unreal Engine 5 devs seem to optimize their games for the RTX5090/$5000PCs (0.47% according to Steam Hardware Survey of April2026) and then when it comes to anything other than that you WILL be using Upscalers and Frame Generation and YOU WILL BE HAPPY. I posted my specs and im using a XeSS 100% + Frame Gen - Ultra if i set upscale to 70-80% it will gain me about 10fps. without the AI slop (FG+Upscale) you get around 30-35fps 15ms. with AI slop (FG+Upscale) it says "75-80fps" but the 1% lows are still 30fps witha 100% Micro Stutter LOL thats what people dont understand about Frame Generation. This is also running on UE5.6.1. Unreal Engine 5 is not going to get any better at this point and to think there will be any significant spikes in perforance, regardless of "OpTiMiZaTiOn" is a pipe dream. I just wonder if these UE5 devs ever do significant QA-testing/optimizing on low to midrage hardware anymore? I heard UE is open source so why dont they re-program underthe hood and modify it like how Rocksteady did with UE3 & Arkham Knight...i know its "hard" but thats just a excuse and im tired of devs makign excuses on why they cant make their own engines anymore. That being said I really like this game it has SO MUCH POTENTIAL to be a cult classic but they need get this game running better man i really do hope they make crunch that performance and do whatever they gotta do because to be honest, CHERNOBYLITE 2 IS BETTER THAN CHERENOBYLITE 1! this Franchise could be huge!
Early Access, So... If u like Stalkers, Cherrnobylate, For everyone who are fans for Chornobyl and Pripyat...
Really fun! besides the small glitches which is to be expected with early access games
