Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.63/day in the week to Aug 3 → 21.14/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Cast n Chill's a laid-back fishin’ game for folks who’d rather wet a line than break a sweat. Whether yer driftin’ on a lazy lake, pokin’ 'round a winding river, or droppin’ lines in salty blue water, this here’s a game where you set the pace.
Start with the basics, catch whatever bites, sell your haul, and put those coins toward better rods, reels, and upgrades. Before ya know it, you’ll be wranglin’ rare species that’d make any angler green with envy.

Find yer favourite fishin’ hole or keep wanderin’. There’s 16 peaceful spots to discover, each with its own critters swimmin’ 'round, just waitin’ to bite.

In Active Mode, you’re in the thick of it - castin’, reelin’, and keepin’ busy like a loon at nesting time.
Switch to Passive Mode if you’d rather let the game do the work while you’re off choppin’ wood.
Set it up on a second monitor or tuck it in the corner - come back later and see what kind o’ haul the fish gods left ya.
There’s 50+ fish to discover - some you’ll recognize, some you’ll squint at and go “what in the heck is that?” From scrappy little sunfish to big ol’ deepwater beasts, they’re all in the logbook waitin’ for your name.

There’s 16 fish out there that still get folks jabberin’ at ol' Rusty's bait shop like they saw Bigfoot ride a moose. Land one, and you'll be part o' the legend.
Grab your rod and call a buddy, Cast 'n Chill now has co-op! Whether you’re lookin’ to kick back and fish side-by-side or stir up a bit of friendly competition, it’s all better with company.

Nothin’ beats a day on the lake with a four-legged friend. They might not know a spinnerbait from a spoon, but they’ll help you spot a fish - if only 'cause they’re hopin’ for a bite themselves.

Roll up your sleeves and bring a worn down lakeside shack back to life, then kick back and enjoy the quiet while fishin’ off your own dock. Stock your pond, mount replicas of your best catches, and settle in while your trusty companion curls up by the fire.

Relaxing experience

I was in an accident a bit ago and haven't been able to walk or stand since. I picked this game up because I wanted something to pass the time and relax. It's been great, I love how much there is to do, it took 20 or so hours of playing nothing but this game for me to start to feel burnt out. Taking a break from it but excited to 100% it once I'm recharged enough to do so. SO PRETTY I LOVE IT. (I've made some progress towards walking for those curious.)
Vibes are high, great for remote play with friends, 10/10
MILF (Man, I Love Fishing.) For real though this game is great, super relaxing after a hard day at work and an intuitive game as well. I recommend waiting for a sale on this game though, as fifteen dollars feels a slight bit too high for an idler game.

Very neat game. I like the fact that I can run it idle.
This game requires no skill and is all luck + patience, which might be for the better but makes the big fish quite repetitive. Also the forced progression doesn't seem very necessary, but since it's impossible to lose fish once your rod is upgraded enough is fine I guess. Late game is also INSANELY infuriating, mostly coming from the trophy weight and ice fishing grinds. Also some of the achievements seem kind of redundant, such as the "all fish sizes" and "all trophy weight fish" being essentially identical. This is still a good game with very beautiful visuals, and I think these issues wouldn't exist if the game were 3D or had more in-depth mechanics (which will most likely ruin the relaxing simplicity that the game goes for).
