CARRION is a reverse horror game in which you assume the role of an amorphous creature of unknown origins, stalking and consuming those that imprisoned you.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 20.57/day in the week to Aug 18 → 31.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

one of those games where you 100% it on your first playthrough despite that, its plenty worth it for that single playthrough, worth replaying after a long while when youve forgotten most of it title screen is disgusting though ew

Playing as the monster never gets old. The gore is fun, but what I liked most is that you're not just a mindless killing machine. You actually have to think about how to use your abilities to get through each area, and the puzzles kept things interesting without slowing the game down. I also really liked the simple art style, and the main menu looks amazing. I was expecting to unlock a few more powers, but the limited abilities made the game more challenging and satisfying to figure out. The storytelling is subtle, but the pacing is great, especially near the end. It's a short game, but it left a lasting impression. Definitely recommended. I'd love to see a sequel or DLC someday.
The concept of you being a monster and suddenly entering a room full of people who start to scream as you pick them one by one is cool as ♥♥♥♥. Short and fun game, totally worth it.

I am not really into metroidvanias, but the high movement speed in this made the exploration and and backtracking not feel like chore. Pretty nice game.
Awesome little metroidvania, great ending. Kinda short but it was perfect considering I just came off playing Fallout 4.
Great gameplay, I just wish there was more content. I personally love the style, design, and even the dlc. All of it was an amazing experience. It is a good game for if you are looking for something new, that you haven't played before.
Very fun game but the lack of a map is a bit anoying
