Its a little cryptic to understand what its trying to say without delving deeper online. The puzzles, tho not too complicated, are a fun experience, as well as the tense horror atmosphere. All in all, a recomended experience if you enjoy experimental games. Something about playing in a dark room and with some friends made it even more fun to me. Also, there may be a bug that limits you from going forward if you have a modern nvidia video card. You can work around it easily, just go though this guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1106553473 Note for 100% completionists: After one playthrough, I recommend looking at guides for the missing achievements. You need to rerun the entire game, but knowing how it goes it takes about 20 minutes.
A nice but short metapuzzle. Supposedly it's a horror game, but besides one creepy visage it presents itself with just maybe a bit of repulsive imagery and even if kinda dour in its approach to describing one of the widely accepted life's miracles, the game is in the end sweet, and I dare to sound pretentious, leaning towards cathartic. There is one bugged level with the egg full of eyes, but you need to just reload it till it progresses to the cutscene, in my case it took 4 restarts of the game. The weird downside is that many of the regions of the world have no price set for the game, and I had to buy it in retail... a very bizarre way to limit the amount of people who would bother to buy the product. But then again it takes less than an hour to complete it, so I guess they would face an unending stream of refunds from people who completed the game if not bought in retail.

It's a little on the short side, but I think it uses the format and visuals well to tell a multi-layered story. The puzzles are also very interesting to try and solve, I think it's absolutely worth a play.
Well that was friggin marvelous. I went into this one BLIND, only knowing it did "something weird", and before I knew it
I realized I was already playing the game,
and strapped right into this ride. This has a great amount of mood and was a fascinating twist on the whole concept of horror & puzzle game I've never really seen executed on this level before. Truly a unique one, this. And executed brilliantly. The right amount of surrealism too I think.
It did a great job of breaking just enough of the 4th wall without going toooo far
This was an interesting experience. I'm always down for a good meta puzzle game, in the same vein as Pony Island, and this scratched that itch for the most part. The gameplay consists of various puzzles and interludes where you hold W for a little bit until the name of the game shows up again. I did like the progression of the logo, and I absolutely want to praise the aesthetics of this game. It's some top-notch stuff, and the limited color palette and glitch effects work wonderfully to build tension. Part of me wishes this was a full-on horror game. That part of me probably wouldn't have gone for 100% though. That's another thing, this isn't a super long game. My first playthrough clocked in at 42 minutes, and netted me all but 3 achievements. With that in mind, I think the game is just the right length, and if I didn't know what to expect as I went through it might have taken longer. I didn't experience too many issues while playing, though I had heard about the infamous "eyes room" and capped the game's framerate to 60 in the NVIDIA Control Panel. I did have to use the Shift-open trick to play in windowed mode, which should always be an accessible option. Overall, my experience was positive from a technical standpoint. I don't know how I feel about the ending. Not going to go into details in this review, but I feel like this exact ending twist has been done before many times, so the only reaction it got from me was "Really?". It just felt kinda out-of-place with the rest of the game. When taken as a whole, this game is good, and I won't be playing it again. This is a one-and-done for sure. Pick it up when it's on sale.
