Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
BrokenLore: LOW is a psychological horror game set in the beautiful Japanese village of Kirisame-mura, where an ancient legend haunts the land: a giant skeleton from Japanese folklore, the Gashadokuro.
GAME OBJECTIVES
➤ Reveal the Roots of Deep-Seated Hatred
➤ Explore the circular, claustrophobic pathway structure of Kirisame Mura
➤ Introduce the Game Loop Structure, symbolizing the unstoppable cycle of tragic events
STORY
Naomi Montgomery arrives at Kirisame Mura for a professional opportunity that promises to launch her music career but instead finds herself facing sinister presences and the cursed secrets of the village. Her story is a journey through time and memory, laying the groundwork for the events narrated in BrokenLore: UNFOLLOW.
The aura of mystery surrounding the village intensifies with the gradual revelation of a dark legend that haunts the town. The legend tells that, at the center of the village, there was an ancient temple, now disappeared, the scene of a tragedy that has cursed all its inhabitants.
GAME ELEMENTS
➤ The game uses realistic graphics, combined with low-poly segments in specific parts.
➤ Statues featured in the game are the works of renowned Italian sculptor Bruno Lucchi.
➤ Developed in collaboration with a psychologist to ensure care and sensitivity toward the player
VILLAGE THEMES
Kirisame Mura is designed to be an enigma in itself, a labyrinth with no exit that symbolizes the cycle of wrong decisions and broken destinies of the protagonist. The game’s structure emphasizes this aspect with an environment that subtly repeats and changes, challenging players to find a way to break the cycle as they delve into the story. Themes of envy, ambition, and failure will be explored.

Dura abbastanza poco.
Probably one of the most disturbing games I have ever played. It hits you hard.
The game starts off nicely, it takes a break from the dark woods or sewers/tunnels or haunted house setting you usually see in cheap horror games. This one takes place in a small japanese town, and I would’ve like that if it wasn’t for the fact that all you do in this town is walk in a straight line until an event triggers. The only time it breaks away from walking in a straight line is when you enter buildings for a minute or two and a scene where the gameplay degenerates into Slenderman, where you gotta collect 8 pieces of a mirror while you are getting chased by a slow ghost/monster which screams like a Karen calling for a manager. After this scene, the gameplay returns back to walking in a straight line until something else happens. BTW, that collect pieces scene is low-poly, while the rest of the game has a realistic style. Game is voice-acted, the actors do an ok job… it is not the most horrible VA I heard, it is just passable at best. As for the story is simple, I can phrase it in one sentence: “you play as a singer trying to make it big but the manager which suppose to help her takes advantage of her and somehow this is related with something that happened in the history of the town”.

Hated the writing, liked the VA work. Hated the visuals, loved the sound design. And the game is really short for being almost 10 EUR. The idea of the game is alright in itself, but man does the symbolism feel tacked on and spoon-fed to you, so you don't miss the intricate writing at play here in this 1 hour game.
So most importantly, you all need to hire or consult a game designer, this game was a deeply unpleasant experience, the absurd amount of time spent slowly walking around being the main culprit, the retro section was definitely the strongest in the game, which makes me seriously question why it's the only skippable part of the game, not even giving an achievement for completion. As for the other main issue, performance and bugs. The FPS limit straight up doesn't function which causes it to try and run as fast as possible, making my PC reach nearly 90C even with minimum graphics and fans manually maxxed out. Even outside of that the game requires major optimization passes, it should run way better and not weigh 10Gigs.
Ganz gut für so ein kurzes Spiel. Aber ich fands nicht so toll, dass man immer nur die Straße hin und her entlang geht.
