This has been my favorite PC Game since it came out. I was feeling nostalgic so I came back to replay it, the replay ability is so there as the storyline and morals within the plot grow deeper with each play through! This game is really a masterpiece and still my favorite. It allows for you to be immersed in an adorable environment but still has humor, BOMBS and great characters. The story honestly touches on something in society that I feel is so important: Do we continue doing outrageous things because 'that's how it's always been done' or will we question things that intuitively feel wrong and try to find another way? Secondly: Can someone be too sheltered to the point where nothing outside of their personally perceived reality is even conceivable? There is a final aspect of this story that I didn't pick up until this play through, and that was the special connection two change makers can have with each other without even a confirmation from the other...I didn't realize this was also kind of a love story. SO GOOD! I'll play again in a few years so I can forget some of the methods...the bot puzzles do change every playthrough though...so that's really cool!! I would go in depth with some of the other concepts too but don't want to put spoilers into this review!

To sum it up: A game that starts out very strong but falls of incredibly hard at the end. Very enjoyable game, until you get to the Wiring Puzzles. The devs apparently have never used wires in their lives, since their wires are direcitonal and have an order... What in the actual frack. The amount of time I wasted on the stupid wiring stuff is utterly insane. The patterns are also randomized, so if you want to look up the solution, frack you I guess. With point and click games you kinda expect some moonlogic, but this one took the cake. The final puzzle is also a strict sequence that will waste your time relentlessly. If you don't do it in the exact order, you have to start over from scratch and repeat things you already have done. Like the fracking wiring... Absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ design that completely ruined the game for me. The story abruptly ends too, so don't expect any resolution to things you learned in the past.
The best compliment that I can give a point-and-click adventure game is that I didn't have to use a walkthrough to finish it. I can confidently say this about Broken Age.
i remembered playing this game with my dad as a kid. took me so long for these puzzles.
I remember watching Stampy's video on this game several years ago. I'm so happy I could finally experience the game for myself. Puzzles were quite difficult and often had random solutions, but I still enjoyed the game. 9/10
Not my kind of game at all... I tried but it felt too juvenile, with a story that didn't carry any weight with me. Puzzles made no sense and were becoming too difficult and the art style wasn't my cup of tea. Good voice acting alone, wasn't enough to keep me engaged so it's an hard pass.
Nice story and fairly challenging puzzles. Loved it! Had trouble with the cursor leaving the window, then it wouldn't move so I had to restart a few time. Then I slowed the cursor speed in options and had less trouble. Running on M3 Pro Mac.
Bugged piece of ♥♥♥♥. Interactive areas dont work properly with a touchpad. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME WITHOUT A MOUSE, YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO PROGRESS THROUGH THE SECOND ACT.
