Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Jul 23 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Strap on your boots, don your helmet, adjust your shoulder guards and chest plate… and slip a sharpened dagger into your belt (discreetly).
Wars are no longer fought in the Old World since the populace decided to resolve their differences through a sport dedicated to the god Nuffle: Blood Bowl. However, just as much blood is shed in this sport as on the battlefields it replaced. Murder, mutilation, cheating, corruption, sorcery and even divine intervention are all fair game on the pitch, to the delight of every rabid fan!
An agent has spotted your coaching achievements on the pitch and has decided to pay for you and your team to participate in a brand-new Blood Bowl event: the Clash of Sponsors. Can you destroy your opponents and make the crowd dream?
As well as the campaign and friendly matches against other players or the AI, Blood Bowl 3 has an all-new competitive mode in which you can compete against other players of all levels and from all over the world:

Hard to really come up with any reasons that this is better than BB2. It does use the newer ruleset which could be good or bad depending on how you feel about the new rules.

Let me preface this by saying I enjoyed my time with this game so far. Playing in a twitch streamer's league has been an enjoyable time. And yet I can't recommend the game The pricing just hurts. I paid 20 buck up front, buying the most expensive edition on sale, then found out the teams I was actually interested in were bought with the premium currency. From what I read it seemed like a Marvel Rivals-esque system where multiple battlepasses are available at a time, and each lead to a free team. But no, only the most recent team is on the available battlepass. If you've owned this game from the start and put in your quarterly ~40 games you got all teams for free, but if you want to try multiple non-base teams as a latecomer, which are almost half of them at this point, you're gonna have to pay up 750 premium currency. Instead I laid out another 20 bucks to buy the team I wanted with fomo discounted optional cosmetics, some shiny dice and an additional team to change it up. Unexpectedly doubling the price I intended to spend before spending a second in an actual game. Of course I want the funny cheerleaders and the cool hat in the rotating shop, but then I do some math, the type premium currencies don't want you to do, and I got grossed out. The rotating shop is about a dozen items on individual timers, but there's also a whole list of apparel for your players available in their customization screens, for premium currency. I wish the rotating shop was bigger or didn't exist and I wish the price of digital cosmetics wasn't so ridiculously inflated. Premium cosmetics was originally a way to fund free games, it has no place in a paid entry game and I will never be cool with it, even as the systems successfully tempt me to spend some expandable income from time to time. Anyway, to put an end to my whiny rant, the rounds are long and entertaining, when they're not feeling torturous instead, I already have my money's worth out of the game and intend to play at least a few more days, I'm just screaming into the void, lamenting the current state of things while actively participating in them.
Very slow/buggy AI- Unable to enjoy a game single player as waiting ages for AI to take a turn. Unfriendly UI. Games are painfully slow, needing to confirm every action. Poor customisation of teams with all players looking identical to each other with all alternative items locked- looks like a paywall for this which inst cool. Overall really disappointing. Blood bowl 2 is much better. I refunded for above reasons.
Ils ont réussi à créer un bloodbowl 3 moins bien que le 2 : - C'est un enfer de créer un championnat hors ligne - Le jeu est cher - Les commentateurs sont nuls - IA à la ramasse

I'm deciding to post a review based on my experience purchasing this game as a fan of the tabletop & as someone thar was reluctant to buy due to "mixed" reviews. This game is 100% worth it *on sale*! The base roster of teams are diverse & give a great variety in play styles. The added teams do need to be purchased with warpstone, however they are often on sale as bundles, & I just purchased a bundle of teams for less price than I would have spent on a single box of models irl. Every new season gives you 3 months to unlock the latest team FOR FREE, and I'm already halfway there after a week of playing over my holiday. Customisation being largely locked behind the pay wall saddened me at first, however you unlock cosmetics the more you play and at the end of the day it's not necessary & hasn't ruined my enjoyment. You barely notice individual players past the roles they play on your team. My team still feels like "my team" via colour customisation, name changing, skill growth etc. Bugs: honestly the game has crashed on me a couple times, but I just reload it and it puts me straight back in the game I was playing. Other than that I've not experienced any other bugs. AI: The AI is a bit wonky, as there's a lot of decisions at play. Once you get better at the game the AI generally becomes easier and easier to beat. But multiplayer is where this game shines. Leagues & competitions are fun, so find one to join online if you're able! The whole purpose of BB is community & playing with other players! I Definitely recommend this game if you're a fan of the tabletop. If you're on the fence after seeing all the negative reviews, I understand, so was I, but it's a much better game than reviews would suggest.
injouables, de trop nombreux menus, un temps de chargement qui ne s'arrête pas et impossible de lancer une league... encore heureux que j'ai conservé BB2...
Avoid
Pros:
An updated rule set compared to Blood Bowl 2
Cons:
EVERYTHING ELSE Terrible monetization [*]Most teams are paywalled in game to hide the cost from people browsing the steam store page [*]All customization locked behind microtransactions Really, it doesn't give you anything so your whole team will look the same unless you shell out [*]♥♥♥♥♥♥ season pass system was also shoehorned into there Visual style is worse than BB2 IMO I wonder if a blind person designed the menu UI it's so annoying to click through had lacks a lot of QoL If you are interested in Blood Bowl, avoid this evil cash grab. Get Blood Bowl 2, or hell, I'd rather play BB1 Chaos edition than this, at least the content was included in your purchase.
