BioShock is a shooter unlike any other, loaded with unique weapons and tactics. Complete with an arsenal of revolvers, shotguns, and grenade launchers, players will be forced to genetically modify their DNA to become an even deadlier weapon.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11.43/day in the week to Aug 20 → 18.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Bioshock is a profound horror game classic that belongs in any genuine horror connoisseur's library. It's a Steampunk styled FPS that takes place in the Oceanic city of Rapture beneath the waves. You are a plane crash victim that stumbles into the city and must learn to survive in the decrepit, crumbling and drowning ruins of a once magnificent pantheon of human ingenuity. Rapture was meant to be a Libertarian heaven, an entire society built and raised underwater and completely devoid of government intervention. However, they discovered a substance they called Adam that essentially gave people superpowers upon injecting it if only temporarily until they ran out. Turned almost the whole city into junkies with roaming packs of grotesquely diseased looking murderers, vending machines that dispensed the supernatural syrup and they even invented a method for raising little girls into nightmarish ghostly looking little things with giant, scuba suit clad and zombified guardians to wander about stabbing corpses with massive needles extracting any residual Adam leftover. Now, honestly, the story's one for the history books with memorable characters, tons of audio logs and lore, twists and betrayals and an aesthetic that captures that Classic Golden Era vibe. The music is haunting and ambient. The gameplay loops are massively addicting with a host of different super powers and weaponry that gives you loads of different play methods to experiment with. The enemies really do look like monsters. They may have been human once but now they're something completely different and far more disturbing. I will admit, there did come one portion of the game when I'd begun to grow bored of it but that was very near the end so it didn't ruin the game for me. I'd definitely say, it's a solid 9/10. Give it a go, and you won't regret it.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 14: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Always a good game to come back to, how to the game starts to first venturing into Rapture always excites me each time I play. Highly recommend the whole Bioshock franchise to anyone who has not played it with this one being the best in my opnion
I have to say this game HAS NOT improved with time. It just throws so much at you all at once: plane crash, utopian city, mutants attacking you, maniacs with guns, little sisters with daddies... oh what else... all that in first minutes of gameplay! Less is more, man! LESS IS MORE! I hope they learned from their mistakes. I think they did, because "infinite" was better.
I really don't get the hype, the story is good but the actual gameplay is boring
