In BioShock 2, you step into the boots of the most iconic denizen of Rapture, the Big Daddy, as you explore through the decrepit and beautiful fallen city, chasing an unseen foe in search of answers and your own survival.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7/day in the week to Aug 20 → 7/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Solid game bad port the game keep crashing at the last chapter idk why I had to play 2 hours twice just for the game to crash and for some reason there is no auto save so you have to guess when the game is going to crash to manually save the game After saving the game you might think you can start the game after it crashes an play again right ? Nooo!!! its going to crash again

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 14: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Great game but it crashes constantly if you do not save manually constantly you will lose hours of progress.
Would you kindly stop crashing every 30 minutes? Jesus
Nothing will be enough to change my negative review after all those random crashes. This game was nothing short of frustrating to experience. It's been out for long enough there's no justifying these memory-leak related crash haven't been dealt with. There is no auto save so quicksave a lot, there's a nexus mod that allegedly fixes the crashes and a TON of tips online to do in. None of these things fixed it for me and there's no world in which it makes sense to go through so many hoops just to get a game working. The story was phenomenal, once again. Atmosphere and vibe, immaculate like the first one. Gameplay improves a LOT in this entry. Still shows its age but much approachable than Bioshock 1. If the crashes didn't ruin my experience this would have been a MUST recommendations. I've also heard the non-remastered version doesn't crash as much so, do with that information what you need.
You have to save all the time to prevent loss of your game progress as the game crashes frequently.
A crash made me lose >1h of progress. Crashes aside, apparently autosaving once or twice every map (or after certain events like rescuing a little sister) is too much to ask.
Very much like the first game but vastly improved with the gameplay as well as sorting a few neat additions. Bioshock 2 is a classic a good overall game. Not as good as the first story wise (excluding Minerva's den) but still alright. The shooting and plasmids feel great and smoother. I feel the ai is slightly better as well making the combat far more enjoyable. The hacking system is vastly better no more fluid through tubes, thank god. Characters are ok, I feel Sofia wasn't that great as the antagonist over all. The weapon's are all pretty neat with the rivet gun being my favourite. The graphic's look great, the textures still hold up and the sealife is given some more colour which makes going outside look more appealing. The big daddies have a few new variants which is good, though i feel they are far easier in this game. The first dlc is pretty meh but the second Minerva's den is fantastic, extremely short though. I hightly recommend playing as it kinda finishes off Rapture to a degree. Recommend giving this game a go you will have plenty of fun!
When I played this years ago I quit due to constant crashes, however these seem to be fixed now. I managed to play through the main game + DLC without a crash. I assume it's due to the 2K launcher being removed as nothing has changed with my PC. Great game and definitely worth playing, though I find it weaker than Bioshock 1 in both atmosphere and story. They should have done more in remastering it as it's pretty much identical to the old version and still has poor textures, bad lighting, and dated gameplay.
