Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
12,792 items. One unbelievable mess. You.
Clock in. Stock the shelves. Climb the ladder of an industry that maybe shouldn't exist.
Big Bad Pharma is a cosy first-person pharmacy-stocking sim with a wicked streak. On the surface it's everything you want from a tidy little restocking game: neat shelves, a quiet shop to run, and that deeply pleasing click of the last box sliding into place. Underneath, it's a cheeky satire of corporate healthcare, and the further up the ladder you climb, the more you might want to ask yourself whether it was worth it.

Every shift starts the same way: shelves stripped bare, product everywhere, and you.
Every single one of the 12,792 items on that floor has a home. A specific shelf, in a specific bay, in a specific aisle, and the shop isn't finished until every last one of them is in it. Pick things up, carry an armful, and slot them into place. Categories run from digestive relief to migraine remedies to a genuinely suspicious quantity of allergy medication, all of it wearing a label that's almost a brand you'd recognise. Legally speaking.
Forgotten where the antihistamines live? There's a catalogue book in your pocket. Whether you're a methodical shelf-perfectionist working one bay at a time or a chaotic box-flinger lobbing paracetamol across the room, the shop is yours to run.

Every shift starts the same way — empty shelves, a full stockroom, and you. Sort products into the right aisles, from digestive relief to migraine remedies to a suspicious number of allergy medications. Keep things tidy, keep things moving, and try not to lose an item along the way. Whether you're a methodical shelf-perfectionist or a chaotic box-flinger, the shop is yours to run.

Nobody climbs the corporate ladder on foot forever.
Behind the staff door there's a beige desktop PC running an operating system that time forgot. That's the Rx Upgrade Hub, and it's where your wages go. Carry more in one trip. Move faster between aisles. Jump higher, throw further, and unlock the four tools that turn a long shift into a short one:
Locate: light up every stray item of a category, wherever it's hiding
Auto Shelve: send what's in your hands straight to where it belongs
Magnet: pull nearby product to you without bending down once
Sweep: gather up a whole patch of floor in a single pass
Max everything out and you become a truly well-rounded (and slightly terrifying) employee of the month.

There's more to this pharmacy than restocking. Twenty-one achievements trace your journey from bleary-eyed newcomer to something a little more... corporate. There are things written on mirrors. There's a radio out back with four decades of music on it. There's a toilet, and yes, it flushes.
Clock out at the end of a shift and the numbers come up: items shelved, sections completed, time on the floor, and a running record of every shift you've ever worked. Then the shop refills, the day ticks over, and it all starts again, which is either deeply comforting or the entire joke, depending on how you're feeling.

Big Bad Pharma is warm, funny, satisfying to play, and just self-aware enough to make you smirk. It's a game about small satisfactions and big questions, made by one person with a sharp sense of humour and far too much time spent thinking about shelf geometry.
Plays on mouse and keyboard or controller, in five-minute bursts or three-hour ones.
Come for the shelves. Stay for the slow moral decline.

I never knew I liked these sorting games until a month or so ago, and now I can't get enough of them! Big Bad Pharma is definitely the most intense and time consuming one I have played. I started the game before the first patch released and finished it after that patch, and I am pleased to say the patched version addressed pretty much all the concerns I had initially. I also liked the upgrades here-- most sorting games when you max the upgrades you can finish the task incredibly quickly. Big Bad Pharma still has work for you to do, even at max upgrades. Finally, I am actually on a bunch of heart and blood pressure medications in real life, and it was fun to channel the DiCaprio meme when I ran across my own meds. I'd say currently the only suggestion I might have is to bump up the detail on some beckground objects just a touch. Not realism, but a few more details on the gumball machine, for example. Definitely not a gameplay thing but just for visual appeal.

---DO NOT BUY--- This is not a completed game. As you play, you realize there is not enough shelving for all of the items on the ground making the game completely unplayable. You will get stuck and be unable to fully finish the game. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I've played very little of this game so far, and have enjoyed it despite the horrible optimization, even on the lowest settings -- However, I will dev the dev a bit of grace with that, as my specs aren't typically what games these days aim for. Despite that, my system still meets the requirements, so I at least expected the game to not be as bad as it is, optimization wise.. The frames are far too laggy with everything being rendered, and I'm stuck playing at 10-15 frames per second; Which isn't unplayable for me, I've suffered thorough worse framerates (Helldivers 2 will forever be my masterpiece of 1 frame per sometimes). I simply wish there was a bit more care for optimization, or at least more customization for optimization; Such as things out of sight not being rendered until you turn, or not as many polygons for such simple objects... Optimization aside, the game itself is amazing. As someone who deals with medical jargon all day and every day, it's almost educational to sort all of the diffrent medications and even find some of the ones I engage with daily! I do admire that the accuracy of the medical sorting types is fairly accurate too, although I've yet to see any medication or item that doesn't belong where it's catagorized as. Another downside I have, however, is the lack of a tutorial. I had no idea that there were upgrades to make the sorting process slightly less painful, until I poked at everything in the room and found the upgrade terminal at the front of the store by the door. These types of sorting games don't need a whole, full-blown tutorial -- But maybe having a pop-up here or there telling you were things like upgrades are and how to access them would be a good thing to impliment in the future, instead of needing to stumble upon it yourself out of frustration when you can only move four objects at a time. Overall, however, I'd reccomend the game. Maybe not with my specs unless you want to torment yourself, but I do like the premise and am rather happy to see the game come out and be updated. I'll keep playing the game, as I do seem to like to torment myself.
I thought it was fun, but unfortunately my laptop specs didn't quite meet the graphics requirements, so there was a pretty big lag between movements and picking up/putting down products. The game itself seemed fun though! If there is ever a MacOS version, I can play it that way!
100% with no skills used in around 30 hours (some of that time I was AFK / goofing off). Great game, a good addition to any "Tidy Up" collection. Lots of the items look real similar, but its expected since they are medicine. The colors are generally pretty easy to differentiate and use to sort the items into their different categories by. It was kinda neat to be able to recognize some of the medicines in the game lol. Some issues that other reviewers have mentioned have been patched in regards to missing items or weird shelving issues. I had no issues at all with items not fitting on the shelves or any items glitching through the map. Dev seems to be dong a good job of patching out any issues people are reporting! I did spend some time moving things around to try and make them fit more "nicely" on the shelves, and will say sometimes that was a tiny bit frustrating, but nothing too bad.
When I move my mouse to look around the game crashes, I have turned off steam overlay, uninstalled, then reinstalled, turned the graphics and resolution down to the lowest they will go and verified the game files and nothing has worked. I love this game and wanted to play more of it so badly.
Clocking in from my irl job at a pharamacy to sort more things at my new sim pharmacy hehehe! Big bad Pharma is def a game to check out if you love the cozy, laid back organzing game vibes! I'd been waiting for this game since its first annoucnerment a couple months ago! so glad its finally here and equally as proud of the dev & this being her first game! IU'd say it so well developed even with its minimalism, i still find it enderearing and cozy and not overhwelming in the slightest. 've only played like 30 mins of the game so far but I'm having an absolute ball & getting all the satisfied scratches of organizing that these kind of games bring me! I'll defintely be spending all my forseeable free time playing in this sim, I can't wait to see where this dev takes things!
Utterly addictive. It's a very straightforward take on the recently popular tidy up trend but it really does scratch an itch that needed attention.
the best interface i have seen in such type of game 10/10
