A lot of really really low IQ people dropping negative reviews that don't seem to know what "Early Access" means. The game is in a playable state with relatively few bugs. It needs a lot of polish but that should be expected. I'm excited to see where this game goes from here because for a small team there's a ton of potential here. People complaining about poor performance should probably consider upgrading from windows 8. GOOD: A Kaiju picked up my tank and threw me through several buildings as I smashed through each one some of them even toppled down afterwards and it was genuinely awesome driving through the city with rubble everywhere and thick debris blocking my view was really cool a lot of games skip out on the atmospheric effects and they can make a huge difference it actually made it pretty terrifying to come up on a building in the tank as it toppled down to reveal the kaiju walking straight at me I personally like the graphics its sitting in the perfect spot between nostalgic and modern. Most people don't realize realistic graphics and destruction physics can drive up GPU usage very fast. The more complex a model is the more that has to be processed when it's destroyed and not everyone can afford a really nice computer so I think they found a great middle ground. It reminds me a lot of some of the Kaiju games that I played some years ago on other systems and I personally love how at home that made me feel with this. Kaiju attacks are really cool, I like the diversity they have between them already and hope to see tons of more kaijus added over time, the battles are pretty fun too but the blocking is a bit on the finicky side I think the current price point is a fair ask, it's very evident a ton of work has been put into this already The story seems interesting so far. I feel like someone went overkill on the facial animations for the guy on the screen but more power to them. NEEDS WORK: Numerous features don't currently have sounds, I would agree it probably should have had those at launch but there's no reason to assume those won't be added soon AI vehicles are pretty odd, they don't really seem like they have an actual goal and I couldn't really discern how they fit into the story early on they were just kinda there I'll agree with others that the Kaiju are a little on the slow side. Even though you can upgrade them it's more of just a "cmon man hurry up I've been walking forever I want to blow something up" kind of issue. That's not something to really drop a negative review over though, because they can easily adjust it and there are upgrades to speed them up already in the game Movement on the human side does feel unrealistically fast. Though the characters don't seem to be normal humans since you don't even start off with a human body so there's an argument that could be had on that one The main hub has this speaker that tells you fun facts and it honestly talks too much needs a longer delay between lines and it says "did you know" a lot I'd love an option to remove the damage indicators and health bars Cars feel way too drifty they need to tone that down a little There's currently no animation for entering vehicles, if nothing else I would have used the animation of the character ghosting to enter the kaiju for vehicles as well then there would be at least something other than "plop" I'm in it now The main hub doesn't really have any sounds either aside from the really annoying fun facts speaker which thankfully doesn't broadcast everywhere in the facility There's also some npcs in the main hub that appear to be animating like they're having a conversation but there's nobody in front of them so devs may need to check to see if some of them may have schizophrenia there are some popping audio artifacts/noises that need fixed but most that I experienced were during or after loading and not during any actual gameplay OVERALL: I don't think the excessive negative reviews are really fair to these developers. They put a lot of effort into this and aren't asking for 60 or even 30 for what is a really unique game. Especially considering the amount of "find this and put it back" simulators coming out for around the same price and the amount of dead brain cells I think you have to have to enjoy that kind of crap just tells me most people don't really have a clue what actually makes a game fun anymore.

Don't leave reviews but i saw all the hate it was getting which is very undeserved imo. It's early access, small indioe team bringing us a fun kaiju game with multiplayer, fully destructible evnvironments. Released the bat as the 4th monster at release as well. Already putting out patches. Let them cook. We don't get good gems like these anymore and it has potential already. its janky sure but its fun. When did perfection take over having fun? It's again....EARLY ACCESS and I can't wait to see where it goes in the future! Very fun! Give it a chance eh?
EDF!EDF!
Fighting as a giant Kaiju? 10/10 Driving around the city breaking down buildings as a tank? 10/10 Flying around in a fighter jet and getting to blast giant Kaiju with missiles? 500/10 Performance? No real issues, at least for me on a 4 year old build. Even through EA this is definitely something to keep an eye on
Annoying. If one word could sum up this game in it's current stage, it would be: annoying. One one hand, it has the potential to be a really fun game. The foundation is there. I enjoy being able to play a whole game as a dude on the ground, using various military (and civilian) vehicles, to help my team, or having the choice of taking over one of the large creatures and go toe to toe with the worst things the game has to offer. I like how I can run right into a fight, or play a more supportive-ish role sniping from a distance, providing transportation, etc. However, there are a plague of small problems that stop me from actually fully enjoying the game. Vehicle physics are horrid, feeling like I'm on ice all the time and just behaving strangely. Ones with weapons like the tank can be weirdly difficult to aim with and are inconsistent with their aim as well. There are fully destructible buildings with interiors you can see and go inside of, but the pace of the game punishes you for trying to explore them or use them to your advantage. Your on-foot movement feels good until you have to try and jump over stuff or climb over building rubble and debris, at which point you start to get caught on random things or have an awkward time simply passing through an area. The vehicles can feel like a deathtrap at times with how the large enemy monsters can focus on them and instantly destroy any of them at a distance with no way to evade said attacks. My overall biggest problem is that if you don't enjoy PvP then your progression is hamstringed and you'll find yourself unable to get new equipment (to be fair, you can still unlock weapon parts for the impressive weapon customization, as well as leveling up your own monsters, but things like passive equipment upgrades cost money you can't get in PvE as far as I'm aware). There are more problems, but anything else would feel like nitpicking, though I feel like a similar upgrade or equipment system for vehicles as there is for personal equipment and your monsters would help with a lot of vehicle related issues (aforementioned controls, how they feel useless at times, etc). Regardless of my griping, the game is absolutely worth keeping an eye on. Put it on your wishlist, see if things get ironed out. I'm giving it a positive review solely based on the fact that the developers are active and responding to people and seem to be listening to feedback seriously.
currently too early, but a very cool attempt at an EDF type kaiju game. Its got good potential.
Idk I love a good kaiju game nothing more fun in my opinion but this one is rough there is a lot of jank and the story mode feels like its a time sink to get you past the refund window (repeated missions doing the same thing) but there is something fun about fighting kaiju in a destructible city i just think the game needs a lot of work there are enough negative reviews so I wont make it negative because i think the game has potential
Great game for the price would ignore every negative review as people either don't know how to do there pc or game settings or have no idea what the purpose or early access is for. Yes it is a little janky and buggy but its completely playable and enjoyable my only negative about my experience was it got a bit boring quick. However that was not a game issue it was just players being awful at the game once people get better at the game that issue will be resolved and it seem to be the same braindead people leaving negatives reviews on this game. Honestly would recommend the game but just remember that it is in early access can only get better and its only £15 you tight ass
