Beast of Reincarnation

Alright so everyone saying they hate this game just hate their lives I am convinced and need to take it out somewhere. This is like my first game review or one of my first few. I can't remember because I dont write game reviews like ever. But I was hesitant to buy this game but I am glad I did. genuinely. I am glad I didn't give into the hate this game has gotten. So first off, yes its very similar to stellar blade. Luckily for me and my tastes, I absolutely LOVED Stellar Blade and always wished for more content for it an I am so hyped for the next Stellar Blade. I would rate that game like an 8 or 9. probably an 8.5. the kind of game where was flaws, but when I got it I binged played it for like the entire month until I had consumed almost all content to it. the kind of game where I knew I wanted to play it when I got home from work. That being said, while I wait for the next installment in the series I was excited to play this game almost like an appetizer. I went in with no expectations except being able to parry attacks and some sort of souls like content with the combat. And this game delivers. I hesitate to play the elden ring or dark souls games these days because I feel like I tire of the annoying pointless deaths and the needless difficulty I enjoyed in years past. Luckily this games combat on medium was relatively easy. honestly makes me wonder if I should try the hard difficulty. I am currently on my way to the 3rd zone and here are some honest pros and cons. The Pros: the combat is forgiving, rewarding, and grindable. the protagonist is very cute. easy on the eyes, I am a simple man I do not need a female protagonist to be naked, but for the love of God, do not make them ugly, luckily this protagonist is cute and pure hearted (so far atleast as the story of this character is picking up now). the reward structure is abundant. I feel like yes there is a lot of fat to cut out of the progression of this game, but you definately feel rewarded for grinding mobs and leveling up, and upgrades seem to be expanding well. You can say accurately atleast to the point that I am in in the game, that the story is somewhat bland, but I suspect this may be a slow burn, and my dopamine sensors aren't completely fried so that doesn't bother me. But the looting and upgrading in the game is quite good! I wouldn't say its perfect by any means at all, but I like not feeling the need to search every crevice for hidden loot and items, while my dog companion notifys me there is a piece of loot I can go collect (and who knows maybe its that upgrade material I have been looking for!) The Cons: Yes the characters (in the english dub) are quite bland so far. I am just now getting intrigued as to their character development. there is some chessiness in some parts but I bet some of this is the english dubs problem. as I started out at the beginning of the game with the original language voice lines, and it seemed a lot more authentic, as with some animes I watch, I watch in sub but most in dub. So I changed the audio language to English and it definately degraded the story and voice acting quality by a noticeable margin. there is some clunkiness and hesitation to the voice lines especially in dub that seem very awkward almost ai generated in areas maybe. Over all I just finished the second zone, and this game has made me more and more intrigued rather than skeptical the more I search, clear, level up, and move on through the game. I can't wait to get home from work tomorrow to explore the new mountainous region. If I had to compare this to its most closely related game stellar blade, stellar blade is an 8.5 but to me this game is a 7. I wish it had a lot more to it, I could tear into it for its music choices (I wish they had more music and played it during more cut scenes and dialogue because honestly their main soundtrack is awesome imo and is only used during free roam.) There is a lot I wish it did better, could it have used a couple more months in the oven to refine, absolutely. BUT this game for me has been well worth the 60 dollars. I shoot for a dollar for an hour of playtime and I am almost at 12 now getting to the 3rd zone. I don't know how many zones there are, but I hope there are plenty. for 60 dollars, so far where I am at in the game I would say thats a little over priced for the average gamer. If it was 40 dollars this is a no question good value solid game, for 50 dollars its a fair priced good experience. for 60 dollars I would say 60-80% of the gaming population will say it is a little pricey. I am still early in my playthrough so that may change, however I am greatful this came out when it did! It feels like the perfect appetizer to hold me over until the new stellar blade, or other fun games come out!

現在最初のボス戦突破までプレイ。いまのところ中々楽しめてます 弾きのようなアクションに慣れていないことも所々苦戦してしまったが、手に馴染んである程度思うように戦えるようになってくると達成感と爽快感がありました 見上げるように大きい怪物の攻撃をカキン！カキィン！と弾き、痛恨の一撃を華麗に見切る、うーん快感！ あとゲームが開幕から非常にサクサクとテンポよく進んでいくのも〇 なかなか複雑で壮大な世界観がありそうですが、その時必要な最小限度の説明に留めて上手く進行している印象をうけました カメラが非常に近いのと探索時BGMの主張がやや強いのが気になりますが、良いゲームだと思います ここ最近の大作としては値段もお手頃なので、興味のある人は手に取ってみていいのでは 君もモフモフの相棒と共にビーカネの世界を駆け抜けよう！

Unfortunately can't recommend it in this state. Game stutters a lot for me to the state of being unplayable. Will change my review when this will be patched.

its ok, not 80bucks ok though maybe 20bucks I'll buy again but for now its a return.

Se você espera um souls-like, este não é o jogo para você. Agora, se você já jogou e gosta de títulos como Nier: Automata, talvez ele seja exatamente o que procura. A gameplay é bastante semelhante, e a movimentação é muito fluida. A história é bonita e cheia de simbolismos. O storytelling, porém, pode parecer um pouco confuso em alguns momentos e acredito que poderia ter sido melhor aproveitado com uma direção de cenas mais consistente. Ainda assim, a narrativa consegue ser bastante intrigante. A trilha sonora, a dublagem (estou jogando em japonês, pois achei que a versão em inglês ficou um pouco caricata), as interações com os personagens e até mesmo com elementos do cenário, como fortalecer o vínculo com o Ko fazendo carinho, dando banho ou oferecendo petiscos, tornam a experiência muito cativante. No geral, eu diria que, se você pretende jogar apenas por achar que ele é parecido com outros títulos, talvez seja melhor repensar, pois essa expectativa pode acabar gerando frustração. Encare-o como uma experiência própria, sem comparações, e apenas aproveite a jornada.

immer diese meckerer, oh mann... es ist ein tolles game, erkundung macht laune, fortschritt etc... läuft auch wirklich flüssig bei mir. ja ok, texturen könnten besser sein, etwas verwaschen, gegner bleiben am rande der map stecken...aber deswegen gleich negative bewertungen? nichts, was sich durch ein paar patches nicht beheben ließe. kämpfe und die vielen möglichkeiten top. freu mich schon auf weitere stunden! von mir eine 8/10

Compared to Gothic1 Remake and Echoes of Aincrad, this was a pleasure to play.
