Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 16 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Beach Invasion 1945-Pacific is a World War II FPS game in which players defend fortified Pacific island beaches from invading armies of troops, tanks, and planes. Use a variety of iconic and authentic weapons from the United States and Imperial Japan of World War II, including machine guns, naval guns, and anti-aircraft guns. Fortify your defenses with mines, explosive barrels, artillery fire, and weapon up grades!
Beach Invasion 1945-Pacific, the sequel to Beach Invasion 1944, also adds for the first time the option to play co-op multiplayer with your friends. Players take on the role of American or Japanese soldiers manning machine guns and turrets to protect tropical islands of the Pacific. During these huge amphibious and airborne operations, the player's mission is to destroy as many invading forces as possible with the help of several machine guns, anti-aircraft guns, naval gun nests and bonuses from supply drops.
Choose from two factions and four maps: Take over the Japanese defenses on the Pacific islands of Iwo Jima and Peleliu, or the American defenses at Manila Bay in the Philippines and Attu Island in Alaska.
Hardcore action in an immersive World War II setting with realistic sounds and special effects. Relive memorable and epic moments from your favorite World War II movies and TV series. Non-stop action with continuous naval and airborne attacks in changing weather conditions day and night.
A wide variety of enemies will appear, including marines, flamethrowers, rocket launchers, warships, transports, tanks, amphibious vehicles, fighters, bombers, and more. You can unleash mortar attacks and rain destruction on your enemies!
Obtain temporary upgrades for your weapons, including poison gas, armor-piercing shells, explosives, and incendiary bombs. Combined, they create even more powerful upgrades.
Fortify your defenses with anti-personnel mines, anti-tank mines, and explosive gun barrels.
You can earn medals by completing various actions as you progress.

Shortly: Expanded from the first game a bit but also slightly less accessible. So if you are new to the series then start with watching game plays to understand that 'this is it'. No story no extra nothing, just slaughter. And you better be effective at it or else your wave streak is going to be short. The first game is my recommendation to try if you like the game play to begin with. Also because that one is fine tuned just right. In this installation enemy soldiers have slightly higher resistance to gunfire (or smaller hit boxes). Change is small but it's there. Some levels are so dark people with vision impairment are basically just blind to it. In some levels enemies can get into annoying cover positions and shoot at you from there and you can only return fire with select guns. Assuming you still have those guns active. And the darkness: You really need to ensure you are playing in the dark as you cannot see anything sometimes. Darkness has always been an element but i don't recall being this 'in the dark' in the first game so be aware of this. It gets really annoying if you intend to play long wave streaks. This game expands on the toys and battlefields you can take part in and it is a real treat. With the DLC in particular it's great fun. But it can also be a big waste of money for you if you are not into this so be aware what you are buying. 8/10

Great idea. Extremely bad visibility. Lack of sufficient AA guns.
Fun
Bought it exactly for 1 reason, as a kid, I loved that CoD WaW mission where you play as PBY Catalina gunner and this game kind of got same vibe but with more replayability. Overall cheap and fun timekiller.
Get a better pc or the high graphics will destroy your pc. Basically just bad optimization

It's very hard to spot enemies in this game. You'd spend more time trying to find the enemies and what's killing you. The weather makes it incredibly hard to see too. Plus, you can't tell when you're missing your shots or you're hitting the covers/environment because the game is too blurry or murky to see properly. The graphics are dark and blurry. Turning off the anti-aliasing helped, but it isn't enough. No active player base, so it's impossible to play multiplayer without friends.
I didn't like the fact that there are no levels and no story—just a few different weapons on a beach with USA-Japanese counterparts. There is no progression, just endless waves. It’s just not compelling to play because the gameplay isn't fantastic.
Too many shooter games focus on the use of small arms, shoulder fired weapons or vehicles. It's nice to see one where you use machine gun turrets, autocannons and large caliber field guns to kill the ♥♥♥♥ outta infantry and vehicles who are using inferior sized weapons. Flak guns are some of the best guns ever
