Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Aug 22 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Tank Squad is a tactical-combat action game, where you take command of your tank squad and lead it during tank battles of World War II. Take part in historical battles, set in linear campaigns, alone or with up to three friends. Each player can control his own tank or be a part of your tank crew.
Each battle is a separate mission in the campaign, with separate objectives that you need to achieve to win the battle. Plan ahead of your strategy and tactics, use infantry, artillery and air support when it is available. Minimize your losses, to be prepared properly for the final battle of the campaign.

While playing the campaign missions, tanks can be damaged or lost during the battles. Try to pull as many tanks as possible back to the repair station, whether they are your own or your enemies. While the tanks are being repaired, work together to get them back into action faster.
Repair damages taken during battle
Replenish tank ammo (main gun and machine guns)
Refuel vehicles

Manage your squads. Replace the deceased or destroyed units in squads. Create new squads and assign any units from the pool automatically or manually.

Play skirmish or procedural missions with up to 3 friends, use tank radio to communicate and give out orders to coordinate your squad.

Play in either total control mode or multi-crew mode. Other players can join your tank and you play as a crew member rather than controlling the entire tank yourself.
To be successful in battle, this mode requires good communication and coordination as a crew.

Our vehicles are based on construction documents, expert opinions and insights from documentations. Our aim is to provide a realistic gaming experience, whilst making certain simplifications to the mechanics.

Really wanted to like this game as I love ww2 tank sims and wanted to support these devs. Sadly I refunded as performance was just terrible and the game was not fun to play. In my short time playing I discovered many frequent glitches like floating tanks and disappearing terrain. Dull looking terrain graphics, terrible enemy ai that either just sit in one place or just rush forward mindlessly in random directions or group together in a big jam. They seem brainless which makes the gameplay feel chaotic but not in a natural, fun or realistic way, Combine this with the frequent fps drops made it hard to place shots with the optic scope, so it just felt mindless trying to hit moving targets any way I could. I went into this game with a open mind, to expect a lot of jank but I was still very disappointed and felt it was not worth the cost I paid on sale.
Game is VERY rough. Textures constantly pop in and out, at one time the entire ground disappeared for a few seconds while playing. Objects also like to pop in and out of existence with tanks, fences, bushes, etc, will disappear and reappear as i scan across the battlefield. game is unoptimized and looks blurry even with the highest settings. tank combat is mediocre at best, with enemies either shooting you through houses and foliage from 500m, but some will also just sit there and do nothing when you're right beside them. the Molotov spam is also insanely annoying, i guess every Russian soldier carried a backpack with 50 molly's in them during WW2. tank damage is also very inconsistent where ill see my round go right through the engine or a crew member but receive "no damage." game sounds great on paper, but in its current state i regret paying the $15 sale price for this product. its a $10 game at best

It's a good game, just not perfect and doesn't live up to expectations. Tank game play is really fun, I've enjoyed it so far, and the ordering of artillery to fire on positions before matching forward is pretty damn cool. It has different difficulty settings so anyone wanting to play can. (Arcade, Simulation etc) Graphics is fine, better AI is something to be more desired as seeing a T-34-85 on top of another one is just too annoying to see in a game like this but also quite funny, enemy tanks charge you but don't fire. It's almost like they try to flank you and then just ends up being a staring competition to see which one can reload faster. Enemy Infantry sometimes stand at the back of your tank, cluelessly wondering how to destroy your tank. Its great but not perfect and I would I like to see this game fully polished and as it was intended to be, a tank game. So I don't want to leave a negative review, but I probably won't play as much as I thought I was going to, instead I am going to wait a while.
Tank Squad is a game with an interesting concept. I can see this game being worthwhile maybe a year from now. As it stands right now, well, it.....just sucks. Performance is abysmal, FPS drops, clueless AI, some mission OBJ can't be completed. All around it's rough. I don't recommend it and i got it on sale. IMHO, just avoid it. Game has good potential and when it works it's fun, yes. Problem is for the most part it doesn't work.
Seems like a good balance between a hardcore sim, and arcade experience, making it challenging but fun. I tend to prefer realism myself and it seems like that is the focus for the devs which is great. Devs seem to be decent folks who are working hard. Hopefully they can pull in some funds with their upcoming dlc, because this game has heaps of potential with a lot of features/depth in the way of combined arms. Some of the reviews are brutal. I think some people need to understand that historical wargames are somewhat of a small market, you're not going to get the polish of a big studio. If you can't accept that then don't buy these games, or at least temper your expectations. These are the types of developers you want to do well, and keep pumping out content.
i cant even deploy lmao
This is one buggy assed game.
Good game play, big maps, lot of WWII tanks. Can be played as squad commander, tank commaner or crew member. On campaign battle can be finished within 1-2 hours by losing 3-8 armored vehicles if I deploy just one unit. You manage your force pool, select what to sell, buy, repair and upgrade. You can also buy offmap support (artillery and airstrikes). During battles you can also control infantry squads, ask it to move to a certain position to counter enemy infantry or travel on your tank. Many people criticized game about enemy infantry's molotov spam. But if you use your infantry, keep distance and keep moving than it can be handled. I guess the molotov spam just represents that skilled AT infantry can kill even a heavy tank at close range (molotov, AT grenade, mines, satchel charge, etc) Negative side: performance is terrible on my MSI GTX1660. I selected low graphics and 30fps and use Lossless scaling to get 60fps. This way GPU temperature remains under 60C, and unless there are many artillery explosions around, I get stable fluid 60fps.
