Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 9 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I only finished the story mode and it is such a whimsical experience. Loved each character, especially my beloved Ashley 💞
More enjoyable mechanically than Strive (yeah I said it), cleaner aesthetically than GBVS (and I mean it), and all for less than $5 (on sale). This is a real gem of a fighter that's an absolute blast from the past to play, and its small cast of 12 actually fair characters means you don't have to learn which buttons you can't press for 65+ different matchups. There's no BS comeback mechanics, broken characters, or over-tuned Shotos to be found here. In my opinion, Battle Fantasia originally released right before fighting games started getting ugly and stupid, and it stands with Street Fighter IV as a bona fide classic of a now-tedious genre. Unfortunately, it's also a DotEmu port, so that means it was pretty much completely abandoned moments after release. For example, if you have an AMD GPU, the game will have graphical errors (like the character models disappearing during Heat Up). NVIDIA cards have no trouble, though. Keep this in mind, test it out in Arcade Mode for like 30 minutes, and see if your system is the right environment for Battle Fantasia. The port is really good, just not on AMD GPUs. Online play is laggy when it's not just dead--classic ArcSys, am I right?--but local modes are all clean and responsive. Play it with your pals and I guarantee it'll be a good time. There's a lot to dig into here, but it's real meat instead of the overly-complicated-but-flavorless garbage the big names are selling us these days. Final note: Ashley is stupid sexy and I'd bare-knuckle fight a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about it.

I love Battle Fantasia (henceforth shortened to "BatFan" for brevity's sake) to bits, but it's not without its flaws. Unfortunately, this game's flaws are so glaring and impactful that I can't recommend it to you unless you're a diehard fighting game enthusiast like myself. Firstly, BatFan has no in-game tutorial of any kind; the only way to learn the ins and outs of BatFan (besides trial and error) is online guides (which, given how obscure this game is, are very sparse). For a 2007 arcade game and its console ports, this is excusable. For that same game's 2015 Steam rerelease (i.e., THIS version of BatFan), it's impossible to justify, especially with Guilty Gear Xrd and Skullgirls having already out in 2014 and 2013, respectively. Secondly, even on Very Easy, most CPU foes (DeathBringer in particular) are needlessly punishing towards players who are unfamiliar with BatFan's mechanics — mechanics, let me remind you, that the game makes NO EFFORT TO TEACH THE PLAYER. Finally, each character's story mode has two routes, the latter requiring you follow a series of esoteric steps that are NEVER explained nor alluded to in-game. To get 100% completion for each character, you'll have to win AND lose each fight on both routes (along with following other equally obscure conditions). And what do you get for your troubles? With what are you rewarded for playing the game to absolute completion? Two alternate color palettes for each character and some extra images in the in-game gallery. THAT'S IT. In short, while I love this game to bits, I cannot in good conscience recommend it to the general public.
Sei lá, gostei mais do Kandidatos do que desse jogo aqui...!

Couldn't even get a controller to function on here so I couldn't get past the start screen. Also it wouldn't even boot up for the first 10 minutes, so I'll take that as a message to not play this game and go back to Granblue.
:D
This game is an arc systems fighting and as usual is so original and fun!
this might actually be the worst game I ever played.
