There are a lot of problems, the animation is in poor condition...everything is bad.

The last one that I truly enjoyed was Battlefield Heroes. So, when the opportunity arose to try Elden Gunfire 2, I didn’t think twice, and I gave it a good go! Let’s battle in a cartoony environment and have fun. Elden Gunfire 2 is a third-person shooter game developed and self-published by Amonga99 on the 20 of July 2022 on the Steam platform as early access. Being early access, Elden Gunfire 2 lacks content as there are only three maps that you can play on. The game doesn’t have many people playing online. Yes, you can find and launch a game, but the game will be filled with bots, which I don’t mind it, but Elden Gunfire 2 needs more players as it is quite good as an early access. So, what is Elden Gunfire 2? Right now, it is a five versus five teams deathmatch. As you launch the game, you’ll land on the main menu page, which shows you your name on the top left of your screen. On the top right, you can create a game or find a game. In the middle of the screen, you’ll see your character, and below, you’ll have tabs for skills, grenades, weapons and characters. You can purchase new weapons, grenades, skills and characters, but you must accumulate coins that you earn by taking down enemies during battle. Each session goes for ten minutes at a time. The maximum number of coins I earned after a battle was 120 and that was after I had unlocked a few weapons. To give you an idea, you must acquire 625 coins to unlock a grenade or a skill. I believe it is too many for where the game is now. I think the developer needs to be lenient and reduce each unlock cost. After four hours of gameplay, I only unlocked a couple of weapons and one skill. All three maps are fairly small but well-designed, and I had a lot of fun playing them. You can go through houses and find your way on roofs to shoot down your foes. I did experience a bug here and there where one of the opposing team’s soldiers seemed invisible. It didn’t matter what I threw at him, he never died; it was frustrating, to say the least. Graphically, the game looks great, and the animations are pretty good too. The fun, cartoony style of soundtrack is super fun and will make you smile. You can play the game with your mouse and keyboard or with your gamepad. For me, this type of game is far more enjoyable with the mouse and keyboard. This is a really good early access game, but it needs more content and to reduce the number of coins, you need to upgrade your skills and grenade at least. Positives: ~~~~~~~ + Nice graphics + Easy and super fun to play + Good number of upgrades + Good price point Negatives: ~~~~~~~~ - No trading cards or achievements as yet - Needs more content - Need to reduce the cost of upgrades Elden Gunfire 2 is easy to get into, and fun to play but needs more content overall. 6/10 Key provided by the developer/publisher for review purposes.
