Absolutely sick game For non fighting game player onboarding, I think it does a great job getting you into it. If you're brand new, the auto combo (mashing the light attack) lets you get in and play immediately and do cool stuff, and optimizing out of there feels like there's tons of ways to improve without having major jumps in difficulty. The "breakdown" tutorials are really good at teaching what combos and pressure should look like but slowing it down so it's not a binary pass/fail and you can practice the examples slowly speeding up. As a fan of the show, I keep getting impressed at the animations and how perfectly matched they feel. Some of them could be stolen frame by frame from fight scenes. The references and attention to detail is so awe inspiring. The active defense with flow reversal seems so deep with mind games and strategy and out playing an opponent for going into the string you predict, evading it with flow, and punishing it is possibly the best feeling I've ever encountered. Defense in fighting games is usually just wait it out and take your turn after, and you can do that here, but the extra options are so exciting. Not only that, but being knocked down feels way better in this game than others because you can roll in any direction and spend resources to roll extra far. The few times you get a hard knockdown is so terrifying and makes it important, rather than the result of every single interaction. Every character is spectacular. I want to swap mains multiple times per play session because I keep seeing another player do something amazing. Game runs great on both this PC and my steam deck. I've started taking it to friends houses and to my local fighting game events to play on the deck. It was definitely released a bit too early, but the foundations of this game are perfection and I'm having the best time.

amazing game need more avatar games like this
Best fighting game since 2018
COSAS A MEJORAR - MODO TUTORIAL: Bastante contraintuitivo.
