A well enjoyed stealth indie game! Taking place in feudal Japan, Aragami is a fun action title that priorities stealth gameplay, like the proper spirit shinobi the protagonist is. His moveset is very particular, with Ryo's super powers making heavy reliance on shadows and twilight. Levels are not too complex, but I found great enjoyment jumping from one shadow to the other without being detected, not to mention the moonlightened beautiful aesthetis. Narrative wise the title is simple yet effective, focusing more on showing rather than telling. There are few technical hiccups, but these are overshadowed by all the rest.

Very good and very unique, Worth it for sure
Aragami is an older game but it holds up well, visually it's charming and beautiful at the same time, genuinely pleasant to look at The core loop is basically puzzle elimination, you figure out the order to take down guards and if you mess up you don't move forward. Simple but satisfying. Powers are cool and the lore adds flavor without drowning you in it Where it really shines is co-op. Playing it duo gives it a Hitman-with-a-friend feel that just works Under ten hours to see everything so wait for a sale and don't hesitate
All things considered, a very good game, I played the whole thing with my friend and we had a blast, things to note are the small bugs and glitches (Not gamebreaking) but then again this is a indie game made in unity in 2016, so what can you expect. Annoying thing is are the fact that there are a few achievements locked behind the DLC but that is a minor annoyance. Overall rating, 9.2/10
Really fun stealth game
Beautiful game that helped me fall in love with stealth games in general. I love the stylised graphics, the clever application of light and shadow as game mechanics, the gorgeous soundtrack, and a fun story. The levels are so nice to explore, and I've had a lot of fun over the years playing in various styles to get the achievements for killing everyone, killing no one and not getting spotted. This is the only game that I have tripple dipped in, having it on switch, ps4 and here. Worth it!
