Even though this game might be really short, its still a beautiful blast to play and kinda makes me reminiscent of Hotline Miami with its fast and exhilarating game play! From both the art direction, to the game play itself, it was all a blast and only makes me wish it was a bit longer, which is why I am happy that it does have some replay value with going back to beat the game on hard mode! Which is really cool, but unfortunately I have too much of a backlog to go back through on hard mode, but it is very much appreciated! Besides that tho, I would give Ape Out a 9/10, might not be perfect cause the only nitpick I have is just that when you die, it shows how far you made it and sometimes that can feel frustrating, along with some of the enemies and how you can have a run in which they are spaced out nicely, and then in another run, they will be all bunched up together that you can't take them all out efficiently and just quickly get killed. But despite these nitpicks of mine, I would highly recommend it to my friends! And good job to the devs for making this great game! #lovedevolverdigital ^^
