APE OUT

I unironically think this game is basically Hotline Miami but done good. Who would have thought that making it so enemies don't inmediately attack as soon as they spot you and also make it so you don't get killed by a single shot would make the game actually fun? I just don't like most games inspired on Hotline Miami because of that, and this one fixes that issue and makes it much more accessible than those games than those games that feel borderline unplayable in my opinion. I give it a 6/10, it may not be a very high score, but it serves its role of short fun game pretty well. Althrough I feel the price of almost 15 bucks is kinda expensive with how short and simple the game is.

Jogo divertidíssimo, a composição artística do jogo é impecável, combina uma arte simples, mas sofisticadas e com muito contraste. O jazz é o que permeia toda a estrutura do jogo, fantástico. Os níveis com dificuldades que permitem jogar novamente e tentar outras possibilidades de completar a fase. E o tema mistura um conceito bem explícito, liberdade para esse primata!

I started speaking like an Ape while playing this game going “Ape shove” or “Ape escape” and one of my friends didn’t talk to me for a week after that.

Game soundtrack goes with your gameplay. Just challenging enough, a little frustrating at times but not enough to take you out of the music. Fun game, great soundtrack, and ties it all together beautifully at the end. 5/5
