really good puzzle game with a cool concept, extremely confusing but also extremely fun and replayable. ive beaten this like 5 times and still have no idea whats happening most of the time
"Antichamber is deliberately minimalistic and obtuse, and there were times I struggled to decide whether I hated or loved it for that. Sometimes I felt like I was in desperate need of something, anything to grasp onto as all semblance of sense in the world slipped through my fingers. Even getting a general idea of how the map worked from fans online was like a cool glass of water in the middle of a desert; I definitely think the game would have benefitted from a bit more direct guidance in this area. Hell, I’ve now beaten the game, yet there are still some puzzles whose solutions elude me; my wall of proverbs stands incomplete and likely will for the foreseeable future. However, I can’t deny the magnetism that kept me coming back to Antichamber. The sense of discovery at figuring out a solution and seeing what came next was exhilarating, and feeling the possibility space opening up with each new gun upgrade kept me coming back for more. I think more than anything, Antichamber is a game I respect. The lack of handholding may be frustrating to some, but it makes the, “AHA!” moments hit all the harder. The work that must have gone into crafting its interconnected world is truly staggering, and at the end of the day, I think the effort was well worth it." 虽然没打完,但是看着有时限急慌忙的解密结果出来一看 “live on your own watch, not on someone else‘s”还是给我笑到了

As is the case with almost all puzzle games (at least so I suppose with my limited experience with them), it kind of drags out towards the end, but not so much that hinders your enjoyment. The early stage was for me the most mind-bending and entertaining, while it also had a solid mid-to-end game where you have an abundance of unsolved puzzles to choose from and refresh you when you are stuck on a specific one. I hope it expanded more on its non-euclidean aspect, but I also understand that it's much harder to make puzzles out of them since their whole point is not making any sense. Definitely worth the praise. Oh, and also, some people seem to have had problems with the life advice panels, but I absolutely loved them. They always made me chuckle when they "got" me. If this was a game that used unnecessary amount of distraction and complexity to hide its solutions I might have been annoyed, but really for a game this simple, every answer to a puzzle feels almost inevitable in hindsight, and therefore every failure your lack of creative thinking.
best game ever
