Solid TD game. Nothing particularly groundbreaking, but done very well. You don't have to be knowledgeable in the Anomaly series to play this game, just worldbuilding stuff basically. It doesn't do you any good to know anyways, since the other games are quite different. Play those too, btw.

El juego mantiene el ritmo ágil y la intensidad táctica de los anteriores, pero adaptada a un formato más tradicional. Cada misión ofrece múltiples caminos y tipos de torres, y el sistema de árbol tecnológico permite personalizar tu estilo de defensa. El equilibrio entre dificultad y accesibilidad está muy bien conseguido: exige pensar, pero no castiga al jugador injustamente. A nivel visual y sonoro mantiene la coherencia de la saga, con un estilo futurista atractivo y efectos bien logrados. This game is a pretty standard but well-executed tower-defense experience. It has a good variety of towers and enemies, and good audio and graphics. A somewhat uncommon feature is a complete tech tree that allows the unlocking and improving of additional towers, upgrades, and special abilities. This gives a bit more customization, as well as a bit more to the completion than simply finishing every level. Additionally, every level has three different difficulty settings, which not only impact the difficulty of the enemies but also the available build pads on the map as well. This again helps to expand the accessibility of the game, as well as the replayability given the harder difficulties can be much easier to beat after unlocking more of the tech tree on easy. Overall, a solid tower defense game, especially for the price. Also a great place to jump into tower defense for those who are new to the genre.
