15$. Full combined arms warfare. Original setting. FULL OFFLINE BOT SUPPORT!! 10 years in development. Star wars battlefront 1.5. Unreal engine 3. If that's not enough to get you to buy it, read some other reviews, or wait for me to write a creative one.
Everything else about the game is like 10/10. But the gunplay is the most abysmal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I've ever experienced. Expect random 6 second TTKS and then instant deaths because someone brought some giga-ass blastter 9000. There is a reason everyone will go knives in this game because you actually kill things you stab. Heres an example of the pump shotgun the close ranged weapon vs. your standardly armored enemy. https://imgur.com/a/KH2Zjtq Theres a lot of cheese in this game as well, like you can just run past enemies drop charges on their drop ship and then they can no longer spawn. Meaning you basically win right there. Theres other ♥♥♥♥ like asymetrical weapon balancing, where enemies will have access to Hit Scan Anti-Tank which completely ♥♥♥♥♥ on everything, while the other faction will get lock on missiles that can be ignored by gunships. Some maps are sniper cheese fests, while other maps are knife happy times. (you can probably guess which ones I like). I have a sneaking suspicion that this game was balanced by one dude playing against bots 24/7 because the server pop was deader than disco for 90% of this games life. But god bless the devs though for not nerfing the knife into the trenches. Just I cannot recommend it right now due to gunplay feeling so clunky.

Super fun game. It's like a more complex Star Wars Battlefront II (the original) with better space battles and extreme control on the loadout. Bring your friends in!
1.0 update is for marketing game is still very raw
Wonderful game, though I'd say it's not exactly full release material just yet... - Briefings at the start of missions are really really cool, hope we see more maps with them. - Vehicle combat is a little meh, feels half-baked but hopefully we'll see more updates to it. Not much else to say really, not a big fan of this type of sci-fi design but for this game I make a major exception, just very cool in general and you can tell it has a lot of soul behind it.
Absolutely horrendous balancing, you can kill in about 4 hits with a knife, attack with them at the speed of light, lag is *horrible* so you barely hit them if they try even the most basic of maneuvers, and stamina is unlimited, so you can just continuously sprint and run up behind everyone. So the knife is incredibly strong, but your other weapons feel like hitting with a wet noodle. I love high TTK games, but the TTK is completely balanced around lagging around and hitting people with your knife, for some odd reason. Extremely bizarre choice to make your combined arms game have overly powerful melee. Can't recommend this game until the devs fix this. I highly doubt they will, though, they likely have an entire discord full of sycophants yammering in their ear about how the game is perfect and changing it will lead to apocalypse, ruin, and them being kicked out of their mothers basements.
you can move around in you spaceship and fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Game does more than most modern AAA games. If the Dev got some $$$ behind this project it would be ridiculously good. 9/10 recommend.
Good ol' janky fun. Reminds me of the golden age of modding, when Unreal wasn't some financial juggernaut and simply a modding platform for creative dorks.
