A dystopian simulator where your choices shape a decaying city. Join other players to protect the metropolis from ruin, hasten its downfall, or simply work in the factories. With no set goals or rules, every action has consequences in a world teetering on the brink.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.89/day in the week to Aug 4 → 4.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Enter ANEURISM IV, a sprawling metropolis where the proletariat works without question and the air is thick with decay. As a Spirit—a spectral entity on the verge of becoming flesh and bone—you stand at a crossroads. The city is yours to influence, disrupt, or simply observe. With no set goals or rules, how you engage with this world is entirely up to you.
From the hardworking Prole to the affluent Banker, each fate offers unique abilities, challenges, and ways to interact with the city and its inhabitants. Your choice defines your journey:
Align with the Cortex to stabilize and protect the city.
Join the Scumbags or Zealots to spread the Rot and sow chaos.
Remain Neutral and immerse yourself in daily life, working in factories or exploring the city.
An ever-present threat, the Rot visibly alters the city as it spreads. Roles like Liquidators and Scumbags are pivotal in either containing or exploiting this menace. If left unchecked, the Rot will consume everything, leading to the city's demise.
ANEURISM IV is a sandbox simulator first and foremost. The city reacts dynamically to player actions:
Take Down the City: Collaborate with others to bring about the city's downfall and witness its reset.
Protect the City: Work to maintain order and keep the Rot at bay.
Live Your Life: Engage in everyday activities or carve out a unique path—it's your choice.
Survival depends on your willingness to work. Earn credits by taking on various jobs—labour in factories, manage resources as a Prole, or manipulate finances as a Banker. These credits are your lifeline, allowing you to purchase necessities from shops, trade for valuable goods, or invest in property.
In ANEURISM IV, there are no rules dictating your actions. Every decision you make impacts the city and its inhabitants. Will you bring stability or chaos? The choice is yours.
Total Freedom: No imposed objectives. Play your way.
Dynamic Consequences: Every action influences the world around you.
Multiplayer Interaction: Invite friends to join your world—collaborate, compete, or coexist.
Survival Mechanics: Manage your nourishment and sanity in an oppressive, ever-changing environment.

I bought this game from my bunker in tel-aviv for 37 shekel just to get hit with the most miserable experience known to man The game has an unreasonable amount of poor game design and bugs that just make the experience terrible on top of that there is damn near no one left on the game they average 20-30 player and then randomly for 2 hours out of the day it will triple in playerbase just to not be represented in any server and just all log off at the same time at this point in time I think the pdf community manager is player botting just to make the game look better on paper Speaking of the pdf manager he acts like a complete man child whilst being 30 plus years old treating the game like his own personal gmod playground and lashing out at anyone who wrongs him aka using console commands to just kill then. and when he ever "plays" the game he just sets fate and spawn stuff in, says the game is in a good state whilst probably being in the worst fate to just log off to never play again. his reputation also being in the gutter doesn't help the game in the slightest all in all I'd say play any game other than this it wont receive an update for months now since they decided to waste their money on a hero shooter that looks like complete garbage spend your time doing anything but this you'll thank yourself for not making the decision to waste your shekels on this remember cumalot=aaron=pdf

The game started out great when i first played it. But now the Devs just do whatever with it and turn it into a steaming pile of ♥♥♥♥. Its kinda sad seeing a game that i enjoyed playing with friends turn out so bad. Making Changes nobody wants doesnt make the game better and explains why the game is basically dead now, so i wouldnt recomend it in the current state, only when they release an update that actually improves the game for all fates.
The same bugs from version 1.0 still exist, while the constant gamebreaking hotfixes do little more than tweak numbers, and somehow make the game worse with every iteration. It’s impressive to miss the mark so many times consecutively. The game was better a year ago and has only gone downhill under these incompetent developers, it was always janky, but it used to be quite fun, now it's simply not fun due to awful "balance mechanics" such as the Karma system (hidden stat). It would genuinely be 100 times better if they had to wait three months between stealth patches. At this point, the developers themselves are the biggest threat to the game’s health.
Devs don't care about the game. They have been screwing around for 6 months, not fixing things the playerbase begs them to fix, just adjusting values and rolling back old mechanics. Game is currently the least fun to play it has ever been. Servers are dead, Devs are braindead, do not give them your hard earned money!
When this game first came out it was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ blast playing when everything felt fresh and new. But the devs have mismanaged every single bit of this game from start to now. Each update they make the game more and more slow, less and less fun. They add so many things into the game and just get rid of it an update later. The games horrible and plagued with people just wanting to piss people off and sling slurs every five seconds. Save your money and go buy anything else.
Game is great, community is full of chill people, however the devs and mods are awful and hand out game bans like sweets, wasnt even on their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ chroma server where they all hang out and was still banned even though i did nothing actually wrong i just happened to know the guy they despise. a troll and griefer got trolled and griefed and ran straight to his dev pals in the vellocet discord and made a report claiming harassment causing an immediate dev ban, these people are cry babies and cant handle dying on a game where u die 24/7. its alot easier to blanket ban 20 people and claim "cheater and griefer" "harassment" then actually remove the mods and devs that are causing problems, they never actually recieved these admin roles for their ability to moderate, no instead they recieved them because they're all pals. they would rather this game crash and burn then take accountability for their awful admins anybody defending these people in these reviews are doing the community injustice and hurting themselves by feeding into their egos
Was a fun game during it's peak in 2025, but now with each update they seem to take things away. This, combined with the player count in a steady decline, it really is just a garrysmod darkrp server that you have to pay 9.99 for.
TL;DR: was fun, now it's left in shambles with a community that hates itself, and no way to fix it. Game feels like its lost what made it /fun/ in the first place. Devs made progression slow to a halt, and refuse to address problems in the core community, new players are hazed, old players who don't like the game are hazed. Anyone who isn't in a vc with another player is going to be treated with hostility, and if you're doing better than someone else there's a chance they'll make it their entire goal to make you lose anamnecytes, and only then will you be killed. (Frankly, not a bad thing because it's genuinely easier to get anamnecytes as the punishment role, the slave.)
i might come back to this...theu had a good idea but looks like it bombed now???
Not gonna lie i dont really know what to do with this game but it could use some type of punishment system, people just get on here too make your life miserable. taking your rations, hitting you and running away as you bleed until you add a way to punish these people your game will never grow and continue to be DDOS'd or just ran into the ground by These people who want no one too have fun but themselves by making the people who play your game miserable till it dies.I love playing this game and just as many good people as bad but no one can stand it like it is for this long without the proof being in the pudding, its 3 pm on a weekend and you guyys have one server with 40 people.
