It’s hard to overstate quite how impactful Amnesia was when it was new, one of those rare games that seriously changed the direction of its genre in ways that are still felt today, the dedication to first person and complete lack of combat both revolutionary things to the horror genre in 2010. It’s also largely responsible for the meteoric rise of many of the big Youtube lets players, for good or ill. And honestly, I think it’s held up well. The basic premise is simple; you wake up in a gothic castle with amnesia (haha), and a note from your past self instructing you to kill the castle’s lord. The story proceeds in a very Lovecraftian direction from there, and the use of light and darkness, the sanity mechanic, and many different monsters keep the player on their toes. The Justine side campaign is very short, but a neat little addition, and the modding support has led to literally hundreds of custom stories for the game, some still being made today. This is a horror classic for a reason and, while its innovations have become tropes today, it’s still a wonderfully immersive, spooky game.

buen juego, el ambiente es bueno, me gusta mucho el estilo grafico como el diseño de los niveles, te la pongo sencillo si te gusta los juegos de terror con buena banda sonora y historia interesante este juego es para vos. Un consejo si vez que te estas atascando en una zona mira un tutorial y no hagas como yo, varias veces tuve que ser perseguido a oscuras y completas varias zonas de esa forma, raciona bien el aceite y los yesqueros

Very good classic horror game for beginners
A timeless calssic that changed the world of horror games forever. To this day it still holds up and can make you frightened especially playing for the first time. Every horror fan is obliged to try out this game.
