American Arcadia is a fun game, featuring walking/chase sequence like from Inside or Little Nightmares (less horror focused) and some first person interactions to solve puzzles. You play as Trevor, a super boring guy until the events of this game. The chase sequences are fun, the dialogue is good yet feels modern without quipping (also shout out to whoever wrote dialogue towards the end of the game it was great), and while some “twists” are super early and known, the final hours of this game are a roller coaster and it’s very much worth it to experience this story. Plus Yuri Lowenthal does an excellent job voicing Trevor, along with the rest of the voice talent and the designs of everything. Artistically and vocally, this game is fantastic. Gameplay may be simple but you’ll be along for a great ride in this game. Save the helicopter sequence, but that’s a single mid point in this amazing game.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Génial / Great !
Absolutely loved this game! Will recommend for others. I wasn't expecting to see the use both a platformer and first person play style in the same game but it was done very well. Interesting setting and wonderful execution.
Leave me f*cking alone
Honestly, just a sweet, somewhat short, but ultimately charming experience.
Not quite as high bar as It Takes Two, but I definitely enjoyed it as both a fan of dystopic fiction stories and quaint indie games that ooze creative style. If you mixed The Truman Show with Walt Disney, and then added a couple dashes of subversion and spy thrillers, you'd get American Arcadia. Simple, effective, somewhat predictable at times, and intriguing with LOTS of cutscenes to explain not just the characters you're playing as but the world and history these people inhabit. Maybe a bit too much, especially with it's clear satirical commentary about corporate ethics, surveillance, hacktivists, etc. being a bit TOO on the nose, when I felt anyone with a level head could do with more subtext to read into instead of it being narrated directly to them. Humor was rough at the start, but it found its footing by the end. Gameplay wise, it's like Limbo blended with Firewatch (props to that other Steam review I saw for figuring out the perfect comparision). Most of the puzzles are pretty straightforward, with a decent level of depth to make you feel smart a few times. Platforming as Trevor is never terribly difficult, but I probably could do with less "trial and error" bits that basically put you in a death loop until you get the timing or puzzle just right. Personally I wish there was more that kinda blend the two playstyles at once (as it does so here at least 1 time), but that's more a nitpick than a fault. Overall, just a solid, tight experience. Definitely more for those interested in the story than looking for innovative gameplay: it's more using that dual-playstyle framework to tell its narrative than much else. Sometimes that story stutters a bit, but the ending I found pleasantly enjoyable in light of the twists and turns it had under its sleeve. For $20, I think this is absolutely worth a try to the indie gamers out there. Side Note: I think this game may have revealed I have a thing for Puerto Ricans or something. Angela's Spanish outbursts had me smiling a lot more than I thought throughout.
orwell en jeu video . genial , mais le gameplay rudimentaire n'est la que pour accompagner la narration , et ca fonctionne tellement bien
Fun Game. More story than game though. Still a very enjoyable story, with lot's of nerd-cultural references. The game part is really only to keep you going, the "riddles" are pretty easy and the Jump'n'Run is no Gianna Sisters ... but still... thanks guys. I did enjoy playing :)
