Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Sep 15 → 1.25/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This was once a fantastic base game that unfortunately sold to Paradox, and is now a vessel to churn out overpriced DLC. Paradox has published some of my favorite games, and then ruins them by flooding undercooked and overpriced DLC, oftentimes causing bugs or breaking functionality in other parts of the game. I came back to this game debating playing again, seeing several more DLCs with bad reviews that really don't add much and actually take away enjoyment of the base game. It's such a shame.
Just wanted to come ♥♥♥♥ on this game and the people who make it since its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ruined thanks for the robbery morons

I loved this game when it first came out and put over 100 hours in it. But, like most of the negative reviews, my opinion of the game changed when they started putting out DLCs. Things that had been stable for years were now broken. The game started crashing, there were errors, gameplay didn't work. What a complete and utter shame, from a game I loved and played all the time to a game I will likely never play again. Sometimes it's better just to leave it alone if it isn't broken, and if you absolutely can't, please TEST your DLCs before you release them!
They lied... again.
I want to preface this, that despite all my gripes with this game, I do enjoy it. I have with several friends continued to come back to the game. However, the game currently, in relations to playing with said friends, feels unplayable. They struggle to join my lobby, and when they do, everyone in a while has issues loaded changes with cards. Then, when everything is going well, we get to town and the game desyncs gold and shards??? How does this happen, it didn't happen in the past, it's killing my enjoyment for the game. I love this game, I have come back for 200 hours, with 8 different friends. But right now, it doesn't feel good. I hope it get's fixed, I hope for big changes for the game. But for now, if you see this, I want to give you the warning that currently playing with friends feels awful.
WTF is with the mountain of forced paid DLC?
A great game I played a lot with friends at the start. The most recent DLC's have turned this game into a bug-filled mess. I don't know what the dev team is doing, if there even still is a dev team behind the puppet strings of whatever Paradox is doing. Do not buy this game, do not buy this DLC. Until they show they are willing to actually work on the core game instead of repeatedly releasing half-baked new content that breaks the entire game. This isn't about new DLC being fun or unbalanced anymore, this is about the game WORKING at a fundamental level, which at the moment, it does not.
Multiplayer desync in town makes it unusable on the current version.
