Absolver is an online multiplayer combat game where players are placed behind the mask of a Prospect under control of the Guides, the new rulers of the fallen Adal Empire, who will determine your worth in joining their elite corps of Absolvers.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

To begin with, the idea behind the system mechanics is amazing. I love the idea behind the game, and I enjoy the art style quite a bit. It reminds me of Ashen, but with a more complex combat system. As much as I'd love to recommend this game, it'd only be worth purchasing during this 90% sale as paying $30 is not worth what you get. An Absolver 2 would genuinely feed families where they expanded on the combat system and most importantly resolved the major issues of the game, when it comes to consistent bugs stated below. It's sad that the amazing concept of this game is just forgotten about Unbelievably horrible management from the developers on the part of actually making sure that the timing and consistency with blocking, parrying, and dodging all worked. Half the time I'm blocking, full stamina bar, and I take damage to the same move I just blocked. Not to mention the random lag when entering areas which makes it so that I have to relaunch the game in order to actually be able to play since all my hits register 1 second after I hit them, and all the hits I take immediately register. On the same note, parrying has the smallest window I've ever seen, and half the time it makes 0 sense to parry because it didn't even register. Dodging doesn't get you anywhere if you aren't on the windfall/dex build, and the NPCs seem to always be able to dodge/parry ever attack at times. To think that blocking will sometimes do quite literally nothing is insane. This game is post dark souls 3, and they had 0 excuse to leave the game in this abhorrent state where the consistency of mechanics is the downfall. This game sadly has the illusion that multiple styles are playable, however, it just boils down to abusing a dex build that lets you attack faster with staggering moves to the point where even if you are parried the other player will not be able to attack you fast enough with a heavy attack before you can immediately just throw a quick jab to stop their attack. It's legitimately agonizing and I enjoy the game, but when some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ happens that ruins a fight it makes me question if playing this was ever worth it.

I just finished Absolver and honestly, I had a great time with it. Story is confusing but the combat is super unique and really fun once you learn how it works, building YOUR OWN MOVESET keeps things interesting and creative for your style. The world is simple but cool to explore, and the game stayed fun all the way through, of course with some crazy challenges... It’s just a bit sad that the community is so small, because this game had a ton of potential. Still, it was a really unique experience and totally worth playing. In the end, Absolver proves its originality.
Still play. Still fun.
Horrible controls. I don't mean the controller mappings, I'm talking about the issuing the command and the player character preforms the action it's extremely non-functionable. Not to mention toxic community high level griffers in starting areas that literally chased me for 5 mins just to beat me to death and would camp the area shrine. I came back to try this game because it truly does offer a unique fighting style gameplay but when I press a button I mean now not in a sec. I get the wanting combat to feel heavy but it just feels sluggish but only for players, npc seem to recover stamina on a god like level as well as they can block almost indefinitely making low damage attack next to useless. I would have still recommended this game if I new these issues would be addressed but fat chance since the devs seemed to have abandoned it. :(
Really good game with fun combat a decent world, sadly it has died though. i really hope they make Absolver 2: Uprise soon
I don't know if i was lucky but some how people are still playing this in 2025, About 15 people logged on in a server i was in and i don't know how big the servers are, But its still pretty cool to see that the servers are still active. There was a player that i mistaken for a NPC and i started fight him or her and him or her beat me but he or she just revived me, Its so cool to see players work together Much love for the community that's in the game <3
The greatest martial arts game ever to exist. I met my best friend and it really changed my life. I also think that this game has one of the best combat systems ever made. Please note it's no longer being updated. So while you won't be getting anything new, what is already there is amazing.
