Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.86/day in the week to Sep 11 → 14.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Leave the noise of the world behind and step into the quiet, rhythmic life of a woodsman. A Game About Chopping Trees is a meditative experience designed for players who find peace in simple, satisfying tasks, all wrapped in a calm and relaxing atmosphere with no timers, no pressure, and no stress. At its core, this is a game about the pure satisfaction of chopping trees.
When it's time to move on to a new stretch of woodland, hop aboard your trusty handcar. Pump the levers and glide along the rails through serene, peaceful landscapes. The journey between forests is just as relaxing as the work itself. Simple. Satisfying. Entirely at your own pace.
Enjoy the satisfying crack of timber as towering trees split and fall beneath your steady hand. As you make your way through the forest, invest your earnings to improve your chopping skills with upgrades such as a sharper ax, a stronger swing, and more efficient techniques that make every session feel even more rewarding.
The forest is a living cycle, and you can help it thrive. After clearing an area, take a moment to give back by planting new saplings in the spaces you've created. Watch your efforts take root as tiny sprouts gradually grow into towering trees once again. This gentle cycle of reforestation keeps the woodland lush and vibrant, allowing you to shape and nurture your own ever-changing forest.

Es un juego para pasar el rato totalmente tranquilo y relajante, no se hace monótono debido a la variedad de biomas y actividades. Es muy satisfactorio cortar árboles, en eso se basa.

Not a very long game, but it was simple, cozy, and had good progression. It reminded me quite a lot of "A Game About Digging a Hole," which I also enjoyed, but I think I preferred this one. It was a great game to zone out, chop down some trees, and listen to music or a YouTube video. The art direction was also amazing! I found myself just walking around and staring at the world quite a bit. It's not some long, super intensive game, but for a few hours of simple, pleasant fun to relax and wind down, it's pretty good.
Fun cozy game, had much more game than I expected. The rail car was a fun mechanic for moving logs back to the mill. Dev has even talked about more maps and updates. Planting trees near to the rails in Tree Fall spacing makes for fast lumber. Game automatically goes NG+ after final cut scene so you can finish up any linguring achievements.
Where are the racoons?! I have 9/10 and I'm losing my mind... oh yea, I chopped some trees, too.
No recomendado, empiezas incremental y a medida que pasa la partida no aumenta el valor de los troncos, muy repetitivo al final que no provoca ni mejorar todo al 100%, solo la resistencia a tope y talar para terminar el juego, no valió el precio $.
Easy and chill game the new free DLC is nice
Good game but the spade says you can plant other trees but only allows for small birch
Kill some time and cut trees 10/10
I enjoy this game a lot. Even if my max frame rate is 7fps (I can see my fps in my top right) due to my laptop's hardware (Lenovo Flex 14, yes the first Lenovo Flex type lol). I will say though, whenever the leaves being blown in the wind appeared on my screen the frame rate would drop down to 4fps sometimes. Plus I think the swaying grass also effects frame rate because I get better frame rate looking at the sky and not the grass. Could be an optimization thing or it could just be my hardware, no idea. I'm also writing this review before I've finished the first area but I for sure am going to work on finishing this game. Loved Leaf It Alone even with my lack of frames, an Imma power through and finish this relaxing game as well. lol
