Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
I have played 7 Days to Die for many many years. And recently the company was bought by another. I have enjoyed the game very much over the Early Access and to finally the 1.0 release. But some of the moves behind the scenes on the corporate side are skeevy. Basically, they gave a streamer access to a build with features that he didn't know that he wasn't supposed to share ( he has the email receipts) and they then copyright strike his videos and threaten legal action against him ,Jawoodle, if he didn't comply to their threats. Well, screw the devs and their bullying tactics.
I almost never review games but feel the need to use this as a platform....Awful attack on a brilliant content creator who has done so much for the game and the company. They need to rescind their attack and publicly apologise to JaWoodle. They have tarnished a good product with terrible business practises. Not deserving of loyalty by content creators or fans as well as potential new customers. I will change this review if they make a U-turn on their attacks and legal proceedings against him. #justiceforjawoodle

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 66.14/day in the week to Sep 1 → 76.86/day in the week after.
Of the 2 markets with a position on both sides, 2 climbed and 0 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I do not support developers who frequently change the state of the game, and threaten to sue content creators over something that was entirely within their control - i.e. JaWoodle.
Have over 600 hrs in this game but stopped playing after 2.0. I was hoping 3.0 would be better but can't say I am really surpised by how petty they are. To anyone bothering to read this I'd say just avoid any game made by this developer. #justiceforjawoodle
I will not be watching, playing or finically supporting The Fun Pimp when they have bad practices. #boycott #justiceforjawoodle https://youtu.be/UoApQT_LJoo?is=P645Es_N0faMRUDb
They couldn't have handled the situation with Jawoodle any worse; I can no longer support them. Since they refused to own up to their own mistake, it’s obvious they’ll keep doing the same thing in the future. No puedieron haber manejado peor la situacion con jawoodle, yo ya no puedo seguir apoyandolos, asi como no aceptaron su propio error es obvia que lo seguiran haciendo en el futuro.
I will no longer be playing 7D2D, not until TFP shows up with some basic backbone. While the game itself has been a favorite of mine for many years, the direction TFP has decided to take after a mistake THEY MADE goes against just decent human ethics. I kept coming back to the game because of content, tips and strategies from creators like Jawoodle. Really TFP??? Do you even understand the benefit you got from creators' content? Justice for Jawoodle #accountabilityffs
Why do I keep coming back? Of the genre the forest and Forest2 are my favorites. I have several hundred hours ion each. Yet when I'm bored and no new games are out I have come back to 7 days to die. Not saying it the greatest game ever for everyone, but it sure scratches my itch. I cannot tell you why though, because I don't know. It seems to have the right mic of very casual building/farming opposed by white knuckle horde nights where you can lose everything. Sorry for the lack of info in this review, but if you liked Forest you'll like this too.
Utterly disgusting business practices have led me to uninstall this game after over 4000 hours. #justiceforjawoodle
No longer a fun game to play. The funpimps have lost the vision of what this game was. #justiceforjawoodle
